Just a disclaimer. Though they had an interesting menu, we only went there for the coffee.
Overall, the place is beautiful and the coffee is good.
looking forward to trying their breakfast in the near future

Excellent breakfast, with excellent pastries and excellent specialty coffee.
We also went for lunch and had a wonderful meal, with surprising and unique dishes, accompanied by an excellent glass of natural wine. The desserts are also delicious. The service is dynamic, young, competent, and welcoming. A delightful place.

Natural wine lovers, specialty-coffee nerds, and good-food enthusiasts… Honest is your happy place!
I stopped by for breakfast, and the moment you walk in you're greeted by a glorious lineup of pastries: croissants, pain au chocolat, savory treats, and even a daily special.
And that's just the start. The menu ranges from yogurt with granola to kimchi toast, omelettes, and plenty more.
I tried the croissant and the pain au chocolat: buttery, flaky, absolutely spot-on. The batch brew was equally impressive, no surprise, considering their coffee selection includes gems like Friedhats, one of the best roasters in the world.
The space is small but super cozy, with a charming inner courtyard perfect for lingering. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what they do.
Can't wait to go back, dive into their natural wine selection, and nibble my way through more of their homemade goodies!
Lovers of natural wines, specialty coffees, and good food? At Onest, you'll find it all, and of the highest quality!
I tried it for breakfast, and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately struck by the selection of baked goods: from croissants to pain au chocolat, including savory options and a daily special.
In addition to baked goods, the menu also offers yogurt with granola, kimchi toast, omelets, and much more.
I tried the croissant and pain au chocolat: truly excellent, crispy and buttery, as they should be. The batch brew coffee also deserves a special mention: the coffee selection is worthy of a true specialty café, with the option of trying top-notch roasters like Friedhats, one of the best coffee roasters in the world.
The space isn't large, but it's very welcoming and embellished with a beautiful internal courtyard. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate.
I can't wait to return to try their excellent selection of natural wines and nibble on other homemade treats!

Sunday breakfast at Onest. with our close-knit team of food judges: Ludo, Ali, and Fede.
Two of us opted for the classic comfort food—a cinnamon bun. Good, fragrant, and just the right amount of sweetness; it's not a super buttery and sticky cinnamon roll, but it passed anyway!
The other two choices were bread, butter, and jam (one apricot and one red berry). The bread was fresh and fragrant, no complaints there, while the jam was smooth, almost filtered—perfect for those who like it without chunks of fruit.
For my part, being lactose intolerant and allergic to nuts, I had to navigate the options a bit (a winning combination that makes life difficult). No vegan options available, but at least all the plant-based milk options are—and that's already a plus.
Overall, a very nice place, with a quiet and refined atmosphere, perfect for a slow breakfast or a relaxed brunch with friends. Good, simple and honest — as the name promises

I went to this restaurant with my family for my brother’s birthday.
We were welcomed in a very warm way, as if we were having dinner at friends’. The place isn’t very big, which makes it feel cozy and familiar. They also have a lovely veranda and some outdoor seating — so I recommend booking a table in advance!
We were asked whether we wanted to order from the menu or let the chef surprise us — we chose to trust the chef, and it was absolutely worth it.
There were 10 courses in total: two starters (you must try their butter and “culatello”!), four appetizers, and four main dishes. We shared everything, and still ended up completely full. The portions were generous and perfectly balanced.
We paired the meal with two bottles of wine, plus a glass of dessert wine at the end.
If you’re not familiar with wines, don’t worry — the staff are real experts and can recommend the best options according to your taste and budget.
We brought our own dessert from a patisserie, and they only asked for the ingredient list for HACCP compliance, which was perfectly reasonable.
Throughout the entire dinner, the staff were very attentive and always ready to meet our needs.
As for the price: it really depends on the wine you choose. The cost of the dishes is more than fair, considering the creativity and freshness of the ingredients. All their ingredients come from local suppliers who follow sustainable and ethical practices — they don’t use products from intensive farming. In the end, the total depends mostly on your choice of drinks.
Overall, I found this place a truly refreshing experience — refined dishes that are creative yet approachable.
I loved the evening and will definitely come back!

Truly a beautiful place, the savory dishes are truly delicious, but I think it's worth pointing out that they don't make their own bread and leavened products (they do at their other location), so availability is limited (by 11 a.m., there's already no sweets left).
Furthermore, it's very dishonest (contrary to the name) to bring bread (not requested) as if it were included in the cover charge, when the receipt says "bread €3."

At O Nest, I rediscovered real coffee, filter or pour-over, without sugar, and the croissants and pastries 😉 made by Clandestino are the best in Milan. Lunch and dinner always offer delicious choices and top-notch wines. Exceptional service. Reservations required...stunning garden. Parking is difficult.
