For us, the Onda Blu is one of the best restaurants on the upper Adriatic. We discovered it several years ago while walking our dog one morning, and since then, whenever we're in Caorle, it's been a regular stop for our morning cappuccino while walking. Whether it's lunch or dinner, we've never been disappointed. Whether it's pizza, fish, calamari, pasta, or schnitzel, it's always top-notch. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and quick. And the best part, for me, is the manager. He's in the restaurant at 7:00 a.m. and is still there until closing time, and he's always more than friendly. You feel like you're visiting an old friend. Simply lovely.

We visited this restaurant based on a group recommendation. Conclusion: An absolute must!!! Staff: extremely courteous, friendly, competent, service-oriented, caring, and incredibly welcoming. Drinks: great selection, well-chilled, and the white wine was delicious. 😋 Food: huge selection, creative, a visual eye-catcher, a taste highlight, and a complete success. We are absolutely delighted and can only say THANK YOU for the recommendation. It was worth every minute. 🫶 Absolutely fantastic value for money!

Fantastic food and service — meals arrive quickly, fresh from the kitchen. Hidden pasta gems: Rigatoni alla Siciliana (pasta with burrata and eggplant) and Spaghetti al Limone with pistachio pesto. It’s really worth it!
