I ordered truffle tartare and gluten-free tagliatelle with truffles! Everything was fabulous! The pasta was creamy and the portions were generous! The staff was helpful and very kind!

07/10/2025: Got it mixed up with somewhere else. This place was excellent.
06/10/2025: We went to Osteria Rossini one weekend in Pisa and it was a wonderful experience. Delicious food, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff. A special thanks to the always smiling and attentive waitress, who recommended what to order and made us feel instantly at ease. She also recommended the baby pasta for our daughters. Exquisite food. We recommend making a reservation.
