Every time I return to Volterra, whether it's outside in the summer or inside in the autumn, I make at least one stop. Nice and welcoming place, two tables for several people at the entrance, four for two in the room overlooking the street and others in an internal room. Polite and courteous staff. Sunday 4th (last day before the winter closure, reopening March/April) I ate spaghetti with seafood, grilled sea bass and radicchio in the same way. All very good. Prices are in line with those of other restaurants.

The food was truly beautiful and the service was warm and wonderful. My truffle filet was an incredible size, perfectly cooked and covered in fresh black truffle.
The buffalo caprese was so gorgeous and the fresh pasta was a delight.
It felt like being welcomed into someone’s home.
Bless your life with the tiramisu.

We got a table without any problems in the otherwise quite empty restaurant. Although we barely speak Italian, we were able to communicate well with the waiter, who could barely speak English. We had Tuscan antipasti (crostini and a platter of local ham, salami and cheese) as well as two types of pasta from the daily recommendations. Everything was very tasty, only the bread was a little dry. The wine was also very good.

Heerlijk gegeten! Fijn terras en heel vriendelijk personeel. Ze waren erg behulpzaam en speciaal voor onze dochter maakten ze een pizza die niet op de kaart stond. Echt een aanrader als je in Volterra bent en lekker wilt eten.

In visita a Volterra ,abbiamo deciso di fermarci a cenare presso questo ristorante situato in una delle vie del centro storico.
Siamo stati accolti dal personale molto gentile, che ci ha coccolati per tutta la cena.
Abbiamo provato dei primi piatti, abbondanti e conditi benissimo, delle verdure e un tagliere di formaggi tipici, anch'esso abbondante e ben presentato.
Prezzi assolutamente economici se confrontati con la qualità delle pietanze.
Consigliamo sicuramente questo ristorante!
