Spectacular. We had edamame, miso soup, a variety of sashimi, and another variety of nigiri, maki, and more sashimi, with water and Japanese beers, and we thoroughly enjoyed the freshness of the produce and the flavors. The miso soup is the best I've tried to date. The atmosphere is intimate and pleasant. Congratulations.

Wonderful experience. I had the chef prepare a few dishes, "very interesting." A little disappointing note: shortly after we were seated in front of the chef, the chef left, leaving only two prep workers. So, since there were quite a few people inside, we had to wait at least an hour for the first course. I expected more! Good price.

08/10/2025: I'm now deeply saddened to see the "closed for business" sign. I'd like to express my gratitude for the many years I've enjoyed dining at this restaurant. For the kindness and courtesy of the owners and staff, and for the consistently excellent and authentic food. I will miss it. It's another corner of Milan's working-class culture that's disappearing. I'm deeply saddened.
