Clean, tidy, welcoming place, friendly staff. Excellent pizza, thin crust, selected, top-quality ingredients. Perfect wood-fired cooking, with no trace of burnt crust or charred residue, even on the bottom of the pizza! For a wood-fired oven, the cooking is truly remarkable! Great value for money. Recommended!

I've been here a total of five times so far, and the quality is consistently high. The pizza is sublime and the best I've had in Padua. The desserts are also highly rated. The service is always prompt, and the staff is very helpful and never intrusive. The restaurant is elegant and comfortable, and the value for money is also noteworthy (in a positive sense), and I'll definitely be back again. Olsi is well worth it, and has been appreciated by all the friends and family who have dined with me on various occasions.

Family-run, attentive to their customers and the quality of their ingredients, pizzas with a choice of doughs, and very good appetizers, first courses, and second courses. And to top it all off: chocolate cake, a real treat 😉 Definitely my favorite pizzeria ❤️
