Olmo In Sondrio

Uno dei pochissimi locali aperti l'8 dicembre nel centro di Sondrio e l'unico ad accoglierci senza problemi pur essendo, ovviamente, pienissimo. Locale molto accogliente e personale oltremodo gentilissimo. Menù del territorio molto interessante, con tripudio di bresaola, pizzoccheri e i deliziosi e tradizionali sciatt, accompagnati da un'interessante e profumatissima birra all'erba iva, erba che abbiamo gustato anche con l'ottimo semifreddo con cui abbiamo terminato il pranzo. Conto nella norma. Ottimo locale.

Location in the historic center. Excellent cuisine, attentive service, friendly staff and honest prices. The pizzoccheri are particularly good. I recommend it.

A beautiful restaurant with plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere. The food is incredible every night. Favorites include the pizzoccheri and blueberry gnocchi! The service is above and beyond with friendly staff that will help you even if you do not speak Italian and will show you kindness from start to finish. It felt like home from the first visit!

Arrived on a festival day in Sondrio without our knowledge, the city and the restaurant were also very full! We, without worries, went on a culinary trip peacefully, even if it took a slightly long time given the turnout. We found Olmo welcoming us, a young local boy who has within himself every requirement of the old style of a restaurant host that all of us with over 35 years of age carry in our hearts and memories as a figure: hospitality, culinary knowledge and wisdom in wines. Fantastic smiles and manners.chr make you feel at home and I accompany you throughout the lunch from start to finish. Olmo manages to be so in his modern trattoria. The dishes in terms of quality are of the highest level. Particular review of the local Florentine: taste and softness that melts in every bite. Pizzocheri, typical dish: excellent! They deserve the DOC! They are not "instagrammable" dishes as many claim today, but we are in a restaurant and personally I am for the quality and presentation. Olmo was able to remedy small inaccuracies with professional attention and this is important. We saved it with the 🌟 favorites on google maps, we don't feel like telling too much about it because we always want to find a table available here, reserved for us! A note of merit also for Alessandro's service: friendly, simple and always with a smile!! Ps: leave room for desserts!!!

I ate the best pizzoccheri ever! The blueberry gnocchi was also phenomenal. They provided us with pesteda at the table that we could add to the dishes as we liked and it was excellent. Very nice and kind service! The price is also excellent.

Semplice ma professionale trattoria nel centro di Sondrio, dotata anche di tavoli all'aperto. Abbiamo gustato un risotto Sassella tipico piatto valtellinese, a dir poco strepitoso. Dell'ottimo vino e un sorbetto hanno completato il pasto. Bravi.
