Olivum is my favorite restaurant. At least once every change of season, I go to this enchanting place to taste delicacies that create a symphony. I was there in the fall of 2025 and I still remember that mushroom appetizer with multiple textures; the most delicious and amazing dish I've ever eaten. I was there again in the summer of 2025. Here, you can enjoy a tasting of land, sea, or a five-course special, including dessert. The chef manages to enhance the flavors of each dish. The price is more than fair for the quality. Even the bread basket is wonderful! Not just bread and schiacciata, but also small assorted pastry treats. I return often and will continue to return. Congratulations 👏

09/03/2026: The absolute highlight of my 2-week European trip! After visiting the Leaning Tower, we wanted authentic Tuscan cuisine and found this Michelin Bib Gourmand gem. Despite a reservation mix-up by our hotel, they were kind enough to accommodate our walk-in. Unlike the surrounding tourist traps, it was filled with locals and a warm, traditional atmosphere. A special thanks to the red-haired staff member who guided us through the meal with such kindness and perfect English. Every dish—fried bread with prosciutto, rabbit tagliatelle, ravioli, tagliata, and the legendary ossobuco—was a masterpiece. To be honest, this meal was even more memorable and moving than the Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants we visited in France and Austria. It was the perfect finale to the scenery of the Arno River and Tuscany. Pisa is famous for Fibonacci and Galileo, but this restaurant made it unforgettable for us.

01/03/2026: We went here for lunch for my graduation dinner. It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, portions were just right, and the price was reasonable for what we ate. We were seated under the pergola, which added a bright and colorful touch to the rest of the room. Highly recommended. A year later, we returned to celebrate the anniversary. Another wonderful lunch, 10/10. The photos I've attached are from this second lunch. Highly recommended.
08/02/2026: Very good food, very kind staff, we come from Rome and we wanted to try a nice restaurant and we found it, they even changed our table, thank you very much
