Kindness and friendliness in a very nice location, but even more so, a riot of flavors difficult to find even in much more renowned restaurants. Dinner with my daughter deserved top marks. We'll definitely be back.

Dining at Olivium in San Miniato was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our vacation – a true hidden gem nestled in picturesque olive groves, and absolutely worth seeking out. The restaurant offers three thoughtfully curated menus: two four-course options (one focused on fish, the other on meat) and an extended five-course tasting menu. Before the main courses, a generous selection of fresh bread (including cecina pie) and high-quality olive oil was served – a delightful and promising start to the evening. I chose the meat menu, and every single course was exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the presentation was elegant and refined, and the quality of ingredients was outstanding. Each wine pairing complemented the dishes beautifully, showcasing a deep understanding of harmony between food and wine. The service was flawless – warm, attentive, and thoroughly professional. You can tell that both the kitchen and front-of-house teams work with passion and precision. The setting is nothing short of breathtaking: quiet, surrounded by nature, with sweeping views over the olive groves. It’s a place of calm and beauty, ideal for enjoying an unforgettable meal.

The food is excellent, everything is taken care of down to the smallest details, it's a shame that inside there aren't many rooms and that it's a bit dark, but outside the hilly landscape doesn't disappoint....
