A highly recommended restaurant with a lovely terrace and first-class, friendly service. The menus change monthly and offer a wonderful combination of aromas and flavors, with a variety of textures. Each dish is finely seasoned and briefly presented before serving. An extensive wine list is also available.

Dining at Olivium in San Miniato was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our vacation – a true hidden gem nestled in picturesque olive groves, and absolutely worth seeking out. The restaurant offers three thoughtfully curated menus: two four-course options (one focused on fish, the other on meat) and an extended five-course tasting menu. Before the main courses, a generous selection of fresh bread (including cecina pie) and high-quality olive oil was served – a delightful and promising start to the evening. I chose the meat menu, and every single course was exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the presentation was elegant and refined, and the quality of ingredients was outstanding. Each wine pairing complemented the dishes beautifully, showcasing a deep understanding of harmony between food and wine. The service was flawless – warm, attentive, and thoroughly professional. You can tell that both the kitchen and front-of-house teams work with passion and precision. The setting is nothing short of breathtaking: quiet, surrounded by nature, with sweeping views over the olive groves. It’s a place of calm and beauty, ideal for enjoying an unforgettable meal.

The 4-course menu (around €45–50) is not only a fantastic value but also a journey through the best flavors Tuscany has to offer. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they serve. From the first bite to the last sip, everything felt thoughtful and full of heart. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an evening that combines incredible food, genuine hospitality, and the magic of the Tuscan countryside. A highlight of our trip!

The food is excellent, everything is taken care of down to the smallest details, it's a shame that inside there aren't many rooms and that it's a bit dark, but outside the hilly landscape doesn't disappoint....

Absolutely fantastic! Amazing food, very reasonable price for the quantity and quality, friendly staff and incredibly accommodating to my gluten and lactose intolerance! I was offered homemade gluten free bread and countless alternatives. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!!!

Super Easter lunch! Refined environment, very nice. Attentive service, very friendly staff and stellar cuisine. Special combinations, carefully prepared and tasteful dishes. We really appreciated the waitress' gesture to "apologize" for not realizing that our bottle of wine was the last one in the cellar... not for everyone! Super congratulations, see you next time!
