We went to this fantastic location for my post-graduation lunch to celebrate. Despite the short notice and small number of guests, the owner managed to accommodate all my requests. Incredible dishes, excellent ingredients, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. Last but not least: the beauty of the location. A small road surrounded by olive trees leads to it and a breathtaking view right in front of the house. We'll definitely return, especially given the owners' friendliness and warmth.

We stumbled upon this place almost by chance, what a wonderful discovery! In a breathtaking location, Monica and Ampelio prepared a delicious lunch for us, using top-quality ingredients, and served it in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Osteria San Leonardo

02/07/2026: A Paduan osteria in the heart of the city, quaint and very welcoming. The staff welcomed us and even showed us the off-menu dishes. The house wine was very popular, especially the traditional dishes of liver and Venetian-style casale pasta. The dessert was delicious. Also recommended for those like me who were passing through with friends.

Osteria Al Majo

01/06/2026: I ate at this osteria on a busy day, as it coincided with the famous antiques market, so the place was packed both inside and in the charming courtyard. Despite the crowds, the service was excellent and fast. I sampled various dishes, including appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and everything was delicious and flavorful, in keeping with Venetian tradition. I tried the creamed cod, a cheese tart, bigoli with duck ragù, pork cheek with potatoes, and the seafood salad. As mentioned, everything was delicious. Highly recommended.
25/05/2026: In the meantime, we sit down for an aperitif, a spritz and a crodino, but only ONE small packet of crisps... elsewhere it's a small packet for an aperitif, 2 aperitifs, 2 small packets... dinner, informal setting in the courtyard but I knew it, Cantabrian anchovies with crostini, leaving aside the absolutely "anonymous" can of anchovies, maybe a curl of butter was needed?... sea bream stringy and essentially tasteless, good tuna steak, correct bill if there hadn't been the shortcomings mentioned, therefore not in line... shame
