A couple of weeks ago my husband and I were in Florence, we tried to find places that offered authentic Italian food, with products from the region and typical dishes of the place, the last night we arrived at this place where we were told that it was authentic Italian food and with products from the Tuscany region (I don't know if that's entirely true since we are not experts in Italian food), the thing is that my husband and I liked the food although it was the most expensive meal we ate in Florence it was also the one we liked the most, the treatment and attention were good and we had a nice evening.

We went to this restaurant at the recommendation of our hotel. It was a very positive experience: excellent food, excellent wine, and above all, excellent service, thanks to the younger waiter with the goatee (sorry, we didn't even ask your name), who contributed a good 50% to the evening's success. The dessert tasting is highly recommended.

Low value for money.
Expensive but the food was very good.
I am a maitre d' in a 5 star hotel and I can assure you that it is very rare to find a place like this restaurant.
Very good food, research of raw materials, passion in cooking and impeccable assembly of the dish.
Then the care of the environment, of the service and the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Carlo.
Many restaurants should take inspiration from this place.
I absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Empezó con Tagliatelle w Tartufo Nero, excelente. Mi esposa comió atún y eligió el lomo de ternera con salsa Chianti. Compartimos los 4 desiertos diferentes que vinieron en porciones más pequeñas. Muy buen restaurante decorado.

Cenamos en Olio por el 50 cumpleaños de mi esposa. Este restaurante es excepcional desde la bienvenida hasta el postre. Un ambiente cálido y acogedor y un servicio de primera calidad, con un agradecimiento especial a nuestro camarero Christoforo por sus recomendaciones, que nos deleitó con una cocina italiana refinada y de primera calidad. Pasta con trufas excepcionales y carnes tiernas que derriten tu corazón. Un gran momento de placer gustativo que recomiendo.
