I returned to Olio in the new location, after having appreciated it in the old building. I return to reiterate the skill of the staff, always attentive to guests and with an eye on territoriality. The oils are always carefully selected. The sea bass is spectacular, the duck breast is juicy. A mention for the millefeuille with cream and raspberry coulis: amazing!!!

This was recommended by both a local and a non-local but frequent visitor of Florence so we had high hopes and were not disappointed. It is along Via Il Prato which is quite nice (also near Harry's Bar) though our own route to the restaurant was a bit circumspect.
Everything was great - the food, the service and the ambiance. The burratina, the pici, the duck breast and the Florentine steak, and of course the wine (and the negroni and aperol spritz). Everything was done very well.
Definitely pricier but worth it.

These are the meals you come to Florence for and this wonderful restaurant is the place to enjoy them.
From arriving you feel welcome, appreciated and looked after.
The staff no matter experienced nor still training are friendly, fun and attentive.
The cuisine is prepared and served with the true love and passion of Italians. Every bite you can taste this!
Nothing but praise for the food, staff and ambiance.
You end the meal feeling so very appreciated by the staff, it's hard to say goodnight.
Absolutely recommended.

The ravioli ragu was tasteless. The ricotta filling has no flavor.
My wife and my son thought there dishes were good I tasted both nothing special.
I spent 137 euros for a very below average meal.

Whist recently visiting Florence we ate at this lovely restaurant one evening. The food was delicious especially the risotto and ravioli, good sized portions and very well presented. The wine was excellent too!!
We found the staff very friendly and helpful and we certainly go again, if visiting Florence.
