Best pizza I’ve ever eaten in! my! life!
Dough was amazingly thin yet fluffy and airy. Absolutely love the tomato sauce used on the burrata pizza. Looking forward to more pizzas in Naples, but so far this is the bar to hit.
Pizzas were priced reasonably too, most at 10-12 euros.

Excellent pizzeria in the center of Ortigia. The pizza dough is very soft and there are many original combinations.
Excellent value for money, the girls serving were very good but in our case there was an annoying draft in the dining room. We arrived a little late and waited a long time.
Overall highly recommended!

We tried this place in the heart of Ortigia. Very small and welcoming. We ordered 2 pizzas and a portion of citrus chips. All very good. Well-cooked pizzas and quality ingredients. Maybe I would have sprinkled the chips with a little lime juice. Overall everything ok. Friendly service.
The only flaw is the tables placed outside a bit on a slope given the road.

Best pizza in Ortigia and wonderful service. Amazing selection of Pizzas with interesting oil flavour suggestions. So lovely to enjoy great pizza and not feel the need to rush. Need to post opening times on door and update responses to online booking. I say this as you will be disappointed if you couldn’t get in as very popular - amazing pizzas 🍕💕

Avendo provato Oleum a Zafferana, ed essendoci trovati molto bene, abbiamo voluto riprovare l’esperienza ma ad Ortigia. L’ambiente è carino ed il personale abbastanza gentile, la mezza delusione arriva però dalla pizza…di aspetto molto gradevole, ma non si può dire la stessa cosa del gusto. A mio modesto parere niente di particolarmente gratificante, almeno è stata abbastanza digeribile. In conclusione molto meglio quella di Zafferana.

Pizzeria meravigliosa nel cuore di Ortigia. L'ho apprezzata tantissimo per la qualità degli ingredienti e per l'estrema gentilezza del personale fin dal mio arrivo; suggerisco di assaggiare le patatine con la scorza di agrumi!
