A welcoming and unique place in the heart of Ortigia. Prices are in line with the quality of the products, and the pizzas are excellent, even paired with local olive oil.

The pizzas were delicious. They also cater to individual requests. My husband and I were very impressed with the different olive oils and will definitely try some at home. The potatoes with pistachio cream were also delicious.

I never thought I would give a review like this and usually don't believe such things when I read it: but this was the best pizza I have ever had! (Had the diversamente norma and my partner the salame e ricotta) It was extremely tasty, especially the yellow tomatoe paste on it, fluffy crust and very good other ingredients. They also served different types of oil and recommend one for each type of pizza, which were very tasty as well! Totally recommend for everyone who loves nepolitan-style pizza!

Avendo provato Oleum a Zafferana, ed essendoci trovati molto bene, abbiamo voluto riprovare l’esperienza ma ad Ortigia. L’ambiente è carino ed il personale abbastanza gentile, la mezza delusione arriva però dalla pizza…di aspetto molto gradevole, ma non si può dire la stessa cosa del gusto. A mio modesto parere niente di particolarmente gratificante, almeno è stata abbastanza digeribile. In conclusione molto meglio quella di Zafferana.

Pizzeria meravigliosa nel cuore di Ortigia. L'ho apprezzata tantissimo per la qualità degli ingredienti e per l'estrema gentilezza del personale fin dal mio arrivo; suggerisco di assaggiare le patatine con la scorza di agrumi!

12/08/2025: While in Augusta, we ate there almost every day. Delicious Italian food at a very good price (an average dinner for five cost about 40 euros). And Gianni – I don't think I've ever met such a nice person who cooks so well. If you wanted to show us the model Italian – that's Gianni :) In short – Eustachio is brilliant.
19/07/2025: A 10-star meal. The whole family (2 adults and 2 children) enjoyed some fantastic traditional pasta dishes. A delicious dessert and excellent pasta. Special mention goes to the kindness of the lady, who explained places and typical dishes of the area, and the chef, who gave us some San Giovanni pears. They are extremely child-friendly, and the service is absolutely exceptional. Plus, four fantastic dishes and a delicious dessert cost around €35. We would definitely come back.
