I'm sorry but in my opinion OWW is in decay. The environment is always the same and it is also pleasant. The service varies from waiter to waiter but it's always the same. Everyone is always available. The food has changed, it arrives not too hot, lukewarm, even the chips were! In short, the same thing that happens in other locations. I'm sorry because before COVID I went there often.

Di passaggio da Parma con mio fratello abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo locale per pranzare. Il personale si è mostrato solerte e gentile, gli hamburger sono arrivati in breve tempo ed erano veramente buoni. Soddisfatto

20/08/2024: It's a good restaurant to spend time with friends or family. The quality of the food is decent and the prices are slightly high
06/08/2024: The food was excellent, the place was very nice, even if when I went the air conditioning wasn't working, and between the heat and the place almost full it was impossible to breathe. The negative thing was the staff, no one who smiled at customers, we were served hastily without being almost listened to. We found the only kind and smiling person at the checkout.
