The food was excellent, but the prices, in my opinion, were very high. You can't reserve tables if there are only a few of you, but you have to wait for one to become available, and the wait can be very long. Give your name right away, otherwise they won't sign you in, and you'll see people walk past you. I had an experience like this just yesterday. I said I was expecting people at 8 PM, and no one told me to give a name. I waited outside and watched people come in, then leave, and then they were called before me. So I asked the staff, and they replied, "Did you leave a name?" I said no because no one asked me. What happened?! I had to wait a while longer to be seated.

Clean atmosphere, lots of young people (we're near campus).
The food was standard, good, with a special mention for the bread: fresh, not stale, and fragrant, which isn't often the case at other OWWs.
Good welcome, friendly staff.
The only downside: I always order the same thing at every OWW, and each time the price of coffee is different: some include it in the lunch menu, some don't, some charge the difference for a 10-ounce bottle. Also, this time they didn't provide a chocolate, which is an extra touch of kindness, I agree.

We're regular customers, and usually everything's fine, except for a few slow service moments, even though the place was half-empty.
Unfortunately, today it was cold, the sandwich was missing two ingredients (the staff fixed it right away), and one guest didn't get lunch because his order wasn't taken by mistake.
I hope it was a bad day, since we recommended this place, but the "hungry" guest had never been there before.

The grilled meats are excellent, and the service is a little slow, but considering how busy it is on a Sunday night, that's understandable. The best part of the place is the waiter Marco, who welcomes you and looks after you throughout your dinner with a smile and a great deal of courtesy and helpfulness.
