Response to manager: Unfortunately the staff seems to be constantly short of one or two people, with the result that the service suffers a lot, and so does the food. We waited a long time to order and pay, and the sandwiches arrived cold, probably because there is a single cook in the kitchen who has to turn out dishes one after another. And this was on a quiet evening with not many people. The staff present give their all, this is not a criticism of them. They would need someone more to manage the whole place.

I have a lot of complaints about the service, both with many customers and with fewer. For the order the wait was very long, too long, so much so that one of the times I had to get up and the person at the counter, without looking at me, said he was sending someone, in a rude manner. When you need something they pretend not to hear, without looking at you. Truly disheartening. I'm sorry because they are young girls, but courtesy and kindness must not be missing. DUE MENTION! Miss MELISSA was the only one who responded in any situation, smiled, was polite, and provided impeccable service. Good. The only one.

22/11/2024: I found the food very different. And charging for chairs is stupid. Good service.
12/11/2024: Great 👍. The best pasta with Genoese pesto I have tried in Milan. Very good service from the employees (they had a small mix-up of dishes and they resolved it professionally)
