I've been here several times, but this time I had a truly miserable experience. Let's start by saying that I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I politely asked for a burger without salad because of toxoplasmosis. Of course, it arrived with salad, and after a considerable wait. I then politely asked for it to be removed, and 30 minutes later, the same sandwich arrived with the burnt burger and some lettuce still stuck to the meat. If I test positive for toxoplasmosis next month, due to your lack of desire to work and lack of attention, you will find out.

The difference is made by the chefs, and unfortunately, they're in decline at this place. When you go to this place, you expect and "demand" to be able to enjoy a perfectly cooked burger and not to find a sole in your mouth. But it's my fault for trying again for the third time! Vinovo never again

27/09/2025: I often come to this fast food restaurant for convenience during my lunch break. The prices are slightly higher than other fast food restaurants, but the quality of the fried chicken is unmatched. The place is quite large, so there's always room even at rush hour, but the bathrooms always smell bad. The last time I came, it was 12:00 sharp, and I was among the first customers of the day. None of the three clerks greeted me... The one I paid didn't say a word to me or even look me in the eye. Furthermore, while I was ordering at the kiosk, I could hear them talking among themselves about political issues... They probably aren't properly trained and should be replaced.
