Frequento molto questo brand, ovunque vado lo cerco e ci vado, su questo però sono rimasto un po’ deluso, attesa lunga con meno di 10 clienti in sala, sia nell’ordine e altrettanto per avere il cibo ordinato. Le patatine sono arrivate fredde, espongo il problema al cameriere e si rende subito disponibile nel farmele rifare ma aimè altra delusione dopo 1 minuti mi tornano le stesse patatine scaldate al microonde che calda e chi fredda e tutte mollicce. Sarà stata una giornata negativa per lo staff non lo so.

The gluten free menu is excellent, very varied and of good quality. They are careful in serving because they bring the gluten free foods on plates of a different color than the others. The gluten free desserts are delicious. Compliments to Old Wild West for including a menu dedicated to celiacs!

Really good food, although it could be improved in some small ways, fast service but above all extremely kind and helpful, particular and beautiful location. The peanut service at the entrance is truly a form of entertainment for the customer outside the norm that makes the wait for the courses pleasant. I really liked it

Locale conforme alla catena old wild west. Personale eccellente, efficiente gentile e corretto. Servizio impeccabile e veloce. Cibo ottimo come da standard old wild west. Super consigliato.

14/07/2025: When you need a quick but quality meal, this is definitely the place to go if you've booked a ticket at the movie theater next door. A fast food restaurant where quality is certainly not lacking.
12/07/2025: This place is great for a quick bite to eat before or after going to the cinema. The offer that allows you to combine the purchase of a cinema ticket with a menu is excellent. The sandwiches and chips are really good. Prices are average. The staff is kind. Maybe on some days the place is a little too chaotic and noisy.
