Old Wild West In Gerenzano

Highly recommended, I often come with my kids and they're very happy. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Of all the Tex-Mex chains, Old Wild West is my favorite! The Gerenzano location is well-maintained, and you can still feel the atmosphere of a small, attentive management. They served us quickly and were able to resolve a problem with a dish with great determination, remaking it immediately. I recommend it to anyone passing through. I'll definitely be back!

This is a place I know (both for delivery and as a restaurant) and I'm very happy with it. The products are good, and the service is efficient and attentive. Unfortunately, today I ordered a OWW Rooster, and only after tasting it did I discover it was spicy (I can't eat that type of food). Unfortunately, the product description didn't include the classic spicy food icon, nor was this information literally provided. I must say that the staff was very courteous, but unfortunately I had to return the dish, only eating the fries, and paying for the full product. Understanding that this is a chain and therefore I had to pay for the product, I realize I should have asked, but the reason for this review is to suggest that the company (not the restaurant) add more detailed information to the menus so that customers can make informed choices. The description on the menu is the same as the one found online on the chain's website, and the phrase "specially spiced" doesn't mean the dish is spicy, especially if the description asks, "Do you like it spicy? Try it with Chipotle chili sauce." This last sentence makes it seem like customers can choose between a regular and a spicy version, which I wasn't asked for, nor did I specify any variations.

Very welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff, especially Ilaria, who is excellent at providing advice and service. Ask for her, number one. A special thanks to the Sicilian griller, the meat was cooked perfectly and was very good. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

A very quaint Western-style restaurant, excellent food. There were 8 of us for dinner and each course was impeccably cooked! The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. I personally opted for the gluten-free menu (I had an EXCELLENT bacon burger). The restaurant is AIC-certified, and the staff is attentive to all celiac needs. (Cutlery on the table was replaced upon arrival, canned drinks were provided to avoid cross-contamination, and food was cooked separately.) Keep up the good work! Rating: 10+

I'm Gianluca, and I went to Old Wild West with friends and we were really satisfied! The atmosphere is engaging and meticulously crafted, like stepping into a Wild West saloon. The staff was friendly and quick, even though the place was packed. We tried several burgers, and they were all excellent: juicy meat, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The desserts are also a must-try! We'll definitely be back! Compliments to Ilaria, Alice and Mattia were truly fantastic, and Antonella is a real joy to behold with her sombrero!

Perfect for a casual and tasty evening. Old Wild West is always a great choice. It's clean, welcoming, and has a great Western theme that even the little ones love. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. I ordered the pulled pork burger, and it was delicious, with a well-balanced mix of flavors. The draft beer was also excellent. Fair prices for the quality and quantity offered. Recommended for couples, groups of friends, or families! Alice and Mattia: Super!

We were at the old wild west and we ate really well, especially Giusy who was really nice and kind with the customers, a special mention goes to her, we will definitely be back
