The environment is beautiful, fresh and comfortable, the staff is quite knowledgeable, welcoming and kind, I had a great meal at one of the magnificent 4. I recommend it, it's all good

We came across this shopping center by chance as it was close to the hotel that was hosting us, on an afternoon that threatened with a storm. Located on the upper floor in the Rione Goloso area, it looks like the other restaurants in the chain, but with that touch of friendliness that makes the difference and here is the promised positive review! In the confusion of a noisy and exceptional hailstorm in which we had to take shelter, the cut had cooled down and they heated it for us. Thank you guys!!!

Only one person in the room to serve, we had to ask for everything (bread, oil, salt, etc.), the fried starter was delicious, the meat arrived cold, a little tough, the bill was not proportionate

Adoro venire a mangiare qui perché so bene di uscire sazia e soddisfatta! Le mie figlie lo adorano e anche mia madre che non è una gran carnivora ne è sempre entusiasta. Anche il menù dei "piccoli" è sempre molto gradito (molto buono il "campo dorato"). Meglio andare presto perché sempre affollato!

Il locale è grande e dispone di diversi posti a sedere, nonostante questo, il personale è decisamente scarno e disattento. Il servizio è mediamente veloce ma devo dire che i piatti ordinati, ci sono stati serviti con qualche errore dovuto alla fretta (ad esempio il pane dell’hamburger è risultato freddo gelato mentre l’interno era caldo). Nell’ultimo periodo c’è stato un cambio nel menù con un leggero aumento dei costi, che sarebbero anche stati legittimati se non fossero andati a discapito della qualità dei piatti serviti. Alcune proposte che prima erano presenti nel menù del pranzo sono state eliminate e modificate con altre, mentre i panini bene o male sono sempre gli stessi. Un peccato secondo me perché mi sono sempre trovata bene in questo locale che inoltre a pranzo accetta anche i ticket elettronici. Da migliorare direi.
