25/02/2025: A unique place to eat excellent dishes. I really have nothing to say other than that every dish that arrived at the table was delicious. I am a person with many allergies so I am always a little afraid to eat in places I don't know... here they were very careful about this and it is something that doesn't happen often. 23/02/2025: Good evening everyone, I can only say excellent things about the Madre Selva restaurant, we went there with my husband for our anniversary, recommended by a friend, never a better choice, the staff were very kind, our waiter at my request brought a glass of wine, and, I must say that having to choose between dessert or wine for diet reasons, he abounded in wine. The delicious and delicate appetizers, the soft and juicy meat and next time I will take the dessert instead of the wine because it was particularly tempting, a note of merit for the open kitchen and no smell in the room, moreover clean even in the bathroom, which is not a given, we will return and we will definitely recommend 👍 I forgot to write that for people like me, who am Umbrian and love meat, it is not easy to find it in Palermo, I am used to Chianina but here I can indulge
