The pasta was mediocre, rather plain, and the pizza was small for its price with too much sauce on it. The prices are significantly above average.

If we had only visited on our first night, this would be an easy 5-star review. We didn’t try the food, but the drinks were solid, the view over Riomaggiore is unbeatable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming — thanks entirely to Carmen. She was kind, fun, and made everyone feel like family. We loved it so much we returned the next night, but unfortunately had the opposite experience. Carmen wasn’t there, and instead an older man with salt-and-pepper hair was behind the bar. We politely asked if an empty table inside was available (it was around 9pm and their posted closing time is 11pm). Without even a greeting, he snapped, “No! We are closed.” This was confusing since several people were still seated both inside and outside with drinks and food — and there were open tables outside as well. As we walked away, we watched him offer that exact inside table to another couple. We would have gladly sat outside again if he had simply said the inside was spoken for. Instead, the unnecessarily rude response left us feeling unwelcome. Bottom line: If Carmen is working, you’re in for a great night. If the older gentleman is there, manage expectations — the vibe is completely different.

Amazing spot for cappuccino + croissants, and then back for apertivo and late night drinks. Carmen and Vincenzio were super welcoming and made the stay in Riomaggiore special. Missing the views and livelyness that has been missing from other towns already!

This place saved our night after we'd extracted ourselves from the dead restaurant next door in need of some vibe (and some more food). The attentive owner was dancing away and keeping everyone entertained. Lovely drinks and ok food (definitely microwaved, but still tasty) served up with a smile. Reasonably priced. Great atmosphere.

Overall, one of the best pizza and pasta we had in Italy. Carbonara is simply amazing and the pizza has the perfect crust. More importantly, the service is amazing and it's always nice to see service with a smile in Italy. We sat inside but if you'd want a seat outside, you may need to wait a bit.

A positive place for breakfast with a beautiful view of the town. We had delicious fociaccia at a regular price. The service was very friendly. Worth it.

Breathtaking views and the gray-haired lady was incredibly kind, making us feel right at home! Excellent drinks and very fair prices, highly recommended!

Very nice terrace with a beautiful view of Riomaggiore. In a festive atmosphere thanks to lively music, we were served by energetic staff. Special mention to our server Iariu. The food and cocktails were very good and served in very good quantity. Thank you 😁

Lugar ocupado que parecía prometedor. Nos sentamos dentro de una habitación poco interesante y esperamos mucho tiempo mientras estaban ocupados. Pedimos un café y una limonada, nada especial. Ambos eran mediocres, demasiado dulces (! ? ) , sin embargo, el bastón de choque cuando era hora de pagar 11 euros, que era literalmente el doble del precio en otros pueblos mucho más agradables, con comodidades mucho más agradables, mejor servicio, y mucha mejor calidad . Esta experiencia cayó directamente en la desafortunada categoría de “trampa turística”.
