Old George In Venezia

I've been there a few times and always had good food and excellent beers. Well done!

We went to eat at the Old George on Saturday night. Let me start by saying that the staff was incredibly kind, smiling, fast, and so much more! Unfortunately, the fried food—or rather, the fried foods—were a little subpar. The burger wasn't bad, worthy of a 4-star rating. The tiramisu, if I may say so, was a little dry, and could have used a little more cream. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean!

A true Irish-style pub, with excellent sandwiches, club sandwiches, and burgers. Wide selection of beers and spirits. Friendly and helpful staff.

Last night, nine of us went to the restaurant for a birthday party. I had club bacon, a delicious mixed fried fish dish. The portions were huge, the place was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended! Perfect!

Excellent food; in two days we tried crepes, toasted sandwiches, a sandwich, and a burger. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, and the service is prompt and helpful: the staff are extremely polite and friendly. We were able to watch the games on the screens. What else?

We ordered vegetable piadine and a horse meat sandwich, both delicious, served quickly and with friendliness. 100% recommended. Great atmosphere.

An amazing and fantastic place. I was looking for a place to watch Roma, and my colleagues and I opted for this pub. I have to say, I couldn't have made a better choice. As soon as I walked in, both Giulia, the waitress, and her colleague, the owner, welcomed me in a way I've never seen. A table near the TV, match watched and victory. Let's move on to the food: fried foods and burgers were delicious; the fried food was dry and crispy. The atmosphere, well, 5 stars aren't enough for everything. I can't comment on the beers because, being teetotal, I drank Coke Zero. But watching my colleagues drinking like there was no tomorrow seemed delicious. We'll be in Venice often for work. Always keep a table free for us, and thanks for everything. Super super super. Recommended.

Fantastic pub to watch the Champion's League football in mainland Venice! I had the bacon burger and fries yesterday which were amazing and the chicken nuggests & Nutella cheesecake this evening which were out of this world! All the staff are lovely and a big shout out to the girl working there who remembered me from yesterday evening - really nice to talk to and provided a great service. Will definitely be back if I return to Venice and would highly recommend it to anyone staying here!
