Wonderful host will make you feel very welcome, food is very delicious, the menu is quite varied, which makes this restaurant definitely worth visiting. Nice store of venitian chocolate at the same spot.

And every year, from the distant capital, you have to return at least once (if not twice...). The location is cute and unique; my cheap phone gave us a selfie that looked like we were standing on a painting. The pizza is very good and well-made. I also tried the spare ribs, and we're in luck. The desserts... well, from the guy who owns a chocolate shop just down the road, what can you expect... the best! And Francesco and his crew always give us a warm welcome.

We had a truly pleasant stay with fantastic food and excellent service at the "Old City" pizzeria. The atmosphere was very relaxed, friendly, and cozy, and the dishes were truly exceptional and authentic. I'd especially like to highlight the owner, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and worldly. You rarely experience such hospitality—you can feel that he puts his heart and soul into his work. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the banks of the Piave Vecchia, very well-kept, clean, and welcoming. It has a large, safe garden where children can play. The staff is impeccable, and the owners, who are also on the front lines, are welcoming, kind, and attentive. The pizza al pala is incredibly light and tasty, and the desserts are delicious and artisanal. Highly recommended!

Thank you to the wonderful guesthouse Ca' Barbieri for recommending Old City! A wonderful warm welcome from Francesco, his brother, and all the staff! The pizzas are remarkable, artisanal, and extremely varied. A place, in a delightful setting, not to be missed if you are passing through Italy near Venice!

La mia compagna mi definisce un “cane da tartufi” perché molto spesso riesco a scovare, a naso, dei posti incredibili e nascosti, proprio come questo locale, che si trova in posizione idilliaca sulle rive del Piave in località Chiesanuova, alle porte di San Donà di Piave. Noi abbiamo optato per la pizza in pala, con un impasto è eccezionale a lunga lievitazione. Il locale è gestito a conduzione familiare, siamo stati accolti dal titolare, che assieme al fratello è presente in sala. Il locale è abbastanza ampio e - nella bella stagione - a una terrazza molto grande che si affaccia sulla riva del fiume, in posizione veramente suggestiva. Consigliatissimo !
