We had a fairly good time, everything was fresh, there is no abuse of rice in the various rolls which are always proportionate. We will gladly return.

We went last night. All very good, certainly doesn't reach Nagoya, But the disrespectful factor I would say are the courses which arrived so quickly (and so far well) that they were almost stacked on top of each other... As if to chase the customer away... not very respectful and polite!!!

Excellent restaurant, not the usual one, very nice inside but then the food is excellent for both Chinese and Japanese. But most importantly, when you leave the place your clothes don't smell like fried food.

17/02/2025: I had lunch last Sunday at Mode in Poggiofranco and the experience was really positive. The environment is elegant and with attention to detail, perfect for a relaxing lunch. The service was attentive and courteous, with helpful and professional staff. The real protagonist, however, was the sushi: very fresh, well presented and of excellent quality. Each bite was a perfect balance of flavors and textures, a sign of great attention to the raw material. I also really appreciated the variety of the menu and the originality of some of the proposals. Definitely a place to return to and which I recommend to those looking for high-quality sushi in Bari! 🍣✨
