This is my second time dining here, and the quality of the ramen remains excellent.
I also want to highlight the friendly service. This evening, the staff addressed my concerns about the gluten-free noodles with extreme courtesy, even though I hadn't expressed myself in the most polite way possible under these circumstances. Thank you for making our evening a pleasant one.

A minimalist yet truly superb venue. The kitchen has a view, and the staff were incredibly kind in finding us a table without a reservation and were truly available throughout the dinner. The quality is evident and appreciated in the details, and there were some truly remarkable ones there. Try it and believe it. You won't regret it.

I've tried ramen in many cities, and the experience here was decent but not up to expectations.
The appetizers are good, but the portions are small for the price. The fish ramen is the most successful, even though it lacks fish, while the meat ramen lacks flavor, partly due to the chicken broth, which doesn't hold up to the pork base, which is otherwise exceptional when present.
Overall, the prices are high for what's served.
The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and the service is lacking in attention to detail: minimal explanations, no accompaniments, and unprofessional handling, with the bill brought directly to the table to be cleared.

I've found my new favorite ramen place!! I highly recommend trying their spicy beef ramen.
The broth-free options and the bao are also delicious, but the dessert is a bit less so.
Overall, a great experience!

It's all very good, in my opinion even better than the traditional Casa Ramen, which is also a nice place. I strongly recommend you to book.

Everything's great, guys, but you could put more effort into the noodles.
If they were handmade or you found a better brand you could rely on, the quality would definitely improve.
Anyway, I highly recommend them.

A well-deserved 5 stars.
My first experience with this type of dish, and I have to say it was perfect!
I had Bao Pork and Paitan Triple Chashu (spicy): very tasty dishes that didn't leave that heavy feeling that could ruin the rest of the evening.
Kudos also to the staff for their kindness.
I highly recommend booking for three simple reasons: the staff will be able to manage the customers very well, the place isn't big (the "traditional" Casa Ramen, located on Via Lambertenghi, is even smaller), and, given the quality, it's always busy: you might have to wait outside (but it's still worth it).
