I tried it again after a year, and I can confirm the excellent impression. It was my friend's ramen baptism, and it kick-started a new addiction! We tried the vegetarian option, and it was both tasty and beautiful. The only downside is that the place operates in shifts, and you have to leave within an hour.
But this is clearly stated in the reservation, so it's no problem. He'll definitely be back.

The few times I come to Milan, I never miss the chance to try their ramen. Truly delicious!! A simple, well-maintained place with attentive customer service. It's definitely worth making a reservation and trying their dishes. I've been to Japan and can say this ramen is as good as the ones I've had there!

Small but very cute and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We tried the tartare as an appetizer, and it was truly excellent, with quality ingredients and plenty of it. The ramen was delicious.

A top-notch place - 10/10. They have a few dishes, but they're all fantastic, from the selection of ramen to their bao, etc. The desserts are also extraordinary. Recommended for the quality and professionalism of the staff.

Excellent ramen, full and well-balanced flavors, generous portions, and quality ingredients—you can tell they know what they're doing here.
But the real plus is the service: the waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and smiling from start to finish, and the same goes for all the staff. They make you feel at home without being intrusive, which is a rare and precious thing.
Relaxed atmosphere, good timing, overall a super positive experience.
If you're looking for a place to eat well and be treated well, this is the place. I'll definitely be back.

Five-star experiences are rare in Milan, but Casa Ramen Super deserves it. A refined atmosphere, impeccable dishes, and a reasonable price. We'll definitely be back, thank you!
