Excellent quality food and fish.
The service wasn't top-notch for the place, even though it was the first time I went.
With colleagues, it was a completely different story.
I chose a bottle of wine from the menu, but then they said it wasn't available.
A little more attention to the tables would make it even more special, in my opinion.
The tasting menu was truly superb.
The raw fish was 5-star!

Overall a great experience, from the sushilian foooorse maybe I expected a little more, the raw fish was excellent. We also tried the fregola, which next time I will take as a main course because I liked it a lot. The girls in the dining room together with the owner are very competent and kind, (difficult to find these qualities in the dining room staff lately..).

Ottimo ristorante dove assaporare pesce freschissimo, un sushi dalle influenze siciliane e abbinamenti eccellenti.
Anche le ostriche che abbiamo consumato a inizio cena erano davvero buone.
Ambiente carino, servizio cortese.

Prima volta in questo locale attirato dalla fusion giapponese-siciliano. Prezzi altini ma giustificati dalla qualità della materia prima. Non è certo il pesce degli all you can heat. Abbiamo preso un menù Oinos con la doppia proposta sushi-sushiliano e un paio di gunkan da dividere in due. Tutto ottimo. Il sushiliano originale e buonissimo. Torneremo sicuramente per provare i piatti cucinati.

Highly recommended, excellent cuisine, like the service and the venue. Personally, I tried the Oinos sushi menu with one course of "classic" sushi and one of revisited "Sicilian" sushi, followed by a dessert also with a Sicilian influence. I didn't imagine I could like this revisitation so much...

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Oinos restaurant. From the moment I entered, I felt welcomed into a warm and friendly environment. Chef Eusebio is truly amazing! His dishes are a delight, they reflect his passion for cooking.
Furthermore, I found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Francesca, the owner, very kind and smiling.
