ATMOSPHERE
The place isn't big, and that's a good thing. Because every detail seems designed with the precision of a Japanese calligrapher. Just the right lighting, thoughtful furnishings, no excess. Picturesque on the outside, bright on the inside: in the summer, the outdoor tables seem already taken by the cheerful chatter you can't wait to hear.
THE MENU
Not vegan? It doesn't matter. Here, the kitchen doesn't ask you for party membership, it simply knocks you out. The dishes don't try to "imitate" the carnivorous tradition, but challenge it to a duel. And they often win.
