Ammetto che anni fa la nuova pizza gourmet mi aveva esaltato... Non credo di esser la sola trascinata dalla moda del momento.
Ora che sono più oggettiva, trovo non abbia più nulla da raccontare. Attesa lunghissima per due pizze che poi sono focacce, 45 min. Impasto non memorabile, molto ma mooooolto meglio la pizza in teglia degli altri fiore mio. Condimento non presente allo stesso modo in ogni fetta allora perche insistere con la pizza gourmet? Compro una focaccia, la scaldo e la riempio a casa?
Il gambetto del prosciutto era stato cotto... O si portano novità e si fanno davvero le cose fatte bene oppure passa la voglia di tornare. Ottimi i bignè ma posso comprarli direttamente alla pasticceria

Best pizza ever I have had in my life. Loved the traditional style as well as their special ones. Beer was great too. The experience here is unbelievable.
Desserts were good too but they get over too soon.
Service is excellent where they are too polite and try to communicate in English.

Best pizzeria in Faenza: dough and ingredients were excellent. You also feel very comfortable here (with a view of the pizza oven).

Arriving late I was welcomed with kindness and courtesy. I only ordered a takeaway pizza but I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy. While I was waiting for my pizza to be cooked I was offered something to drink. I really appreciated the gesture. Last but not least, I also really liked the pizza.

I went specifically to try the gourmet pizza...we shared three pizzas from the seasonal menu. High quality ingredients combined very well, difficult to compare with classic pizzerias because they belong to another category. To have an idea of comparison we also took a margherita and here I cannot give the fifth star regarding the food, since it was cooked while the the oven had just been fed so it was overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside and the mozzarella, although very good, did not reach the temperature to be able to stretch. Very modest advice: an electric/gas oven would allow for less variability in operating temperatures. The wood-fired oven, although popular, does not provide any added value, on the contrary.

Siamo arrivati a Faenza stasera , abbiamo chiesto più o meno dove si può mangiare qualcosa di buono… abbiamo avuto più informazioni e indicazioni per diversi posti , alla fine abbiamo optato per ‘O FIORE MIO , diciamo che la scelta è sta ottima !!! Ottima pizza , ottimo lo staff , con Linda , laureanda e figlia del proprietario , che brilla per cortesia, intelligenza e naturale bellezza! Grazie , Camelia e Francesco da Lecce !

We arrived in Faenza this evening, we asked more or less where we can eat something good... we had more information and directions for different places, in the end we opted for 'O FIORE MIO, let's say that the choice was excellent!!! This pizzeria is my absolute favorite! I hadn't been there for a while, but nothing has changed, incredibly good, in all the variations I've tried!!!! Fascinating to listen to the owner's story about the flours...
