O'fiore Mio In Faenza

Dinner on 2/14, it's my fourth time in this pizzeria. We took the gourmet pizzas "o fiore mio" and the "all smoke and no roast" which were really very good, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, there is really no question about the quality. One for one person is absolutely sufficient because although it may seem small in the end it is well seasoned. There is the possibility of combining each pizza with a recommended dough, and each pizza is served with the matching oil. For dessert we had a cup with squacquerone and ricotta mousse, caramelized figs and crumble and then a 3 chocolate semifreddo/mousse. Much appreciated especially because they were not particularly sugary! The service was very fast compared to other times, which surprised me given that we always waited a long time but this time it was very quick. The waiters were kind and helpful. The only flaw is the price of the cover charge and the coca-cola (from 33). For the rest super recommended especially for a pizza evening different from the usual!!!

Warm and welcoming. They do tasting, but also the classic pizza. In presentation, rather cooked, and a little chewy. Given the cost I thought better, even if the products they use are of high quality.

I ordered pasta with porcini mushroom sauce. I was able to eat only because I was very hungry. Friends ordered pizza, it was hard. You have to ask for butter, they don’t leave it on the tables. We are unlikely to return to this place.

Ammetto che anni fa la nuova pizza gourmet mi aveva esaltato... Non credo di esser la sola trascinata dalla moda del momento. Ora che sono più oggettiva, trovo non abbia più nulla da raccontare. Attesa lunghissima per due pizze che poi sono focacce, 45 min. Impasto non memorabile, molto ma mooooolto meglio la pizza in teglia degli altri fiore mio. Condimento non presente allo stesso modo in ogni fetta allora perche insistere con la pizza gourmet? Compro una focaccia, la scaldo e la riempio a casa? Il gambetto del prosciutto era stato cotto... O si portano novità e si fanno davvero le cose fatte bene oppure passa la voglia di tornare. Ottimi i bignè ma posso comprarli direttamente alla pasticceria

I can only leave 5 stars for this pizzeria chosen practically at random. We were in Faenza for my son's basketball tournament... there were 17 of us, even different ones to manage. Instead, having chosen the flavors of the pizza, we made the giropizza which was very quick. Very good pizzas. Excellent light beer and more than fair price (23 euros each). Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

Best pizza ever I have had in my life. Loved the traditional style as well as their special ones. Beer was great too. The experience here is unbelievable. Desserts were good too but they get over too soon. Service is excellent where they are too polite and try to communicate in English.

Siamo arrivati a Faenza stasera , abbiamo chiesto più o meno dove si può mangiare qualcosa di buono… abbiamo avuto più informazioni e indicazioni per diversi posti , alla fine abbiamo optato per ‘O FIORE MIO , diciamo che la scelta è sta ottima !!! Ottima pizza , ottimo lo staff , con Linda , laureanda e figlia del proprietario , che brilla per cortesia, intelligenza e naturale bellezza! Grazie , Camelia e Francesco da Lecce !
