Offish - Officina del Mare In Pisa

Planning a visit to Pisa to refresh my memory, my son and I had searched for and booked a restaurant specifically "off-the-beaten-path," and Offish really impressed us. Excellent choice, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and the waitress was kind and friendly. The risotto of the day was delicate and perfectly cooked. My son had the tuna nuggets, which he loved, as was the octopus burger. My fried fish was excellent and not greasy, and to finish, a warm, express chestnut tart with custard was mouth-watering! Fair prices considering the quality. Compliments to the chef!

Fantastic food. I think it might be worth travelling to Pisa just to have a dinner in this restaurant. Also the staff is very friendly and attentive. And the place is very calm and lovely.

A welcoming atmosphere provides the perfect backdrop for excellent seafood dishes and fine wine. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a truly enjoyable experience. Suitable for couples or small groups, enjoying fine cuisine in the center of Pisa. The menu is interesting, and the price and service are reasonable. Recommended.

Loved the touch with the complimentary fish ball in sauce. The razor clam risotto of the the day was really wonderful. The razor clams were quite chewy but still overall dish tasted good. The octopus was soo tender and melt in the mouth. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for seafood lovers! Service was friendly and attentive.

Extremely fresh fish and delicious dishes. We enjoyed a very pleasant dinner in the outdoor garden, sampling both the raw fish and the pasta dishes. Everything was delicious, with special attention to customer service.

During a short stay in Pisa, I was delighted to discover this little gem for dinner! A small seafood restaurant offering excellent food combined with attentive customer service. The atmosphere is very youthful and meticulously crafted (starting with the logo that also features on the wine glass)! Speaking with the owner, Federico, I encountered the enthusiasm of a young man who, returning from a stay abroad, wanted to bring his experience and expertise in the dining room and kitchen from England directly to Italy. I was lulled by the pleasant atmosphere of the internal courtyard, decorated with soft lights, which made everyone feel at ease. All I could hear was laughter and pleasant conversation, as happens in places where attention to detail makes everything perfect. The waitress, Giulia, served me in record time, always making sure I had finished my course. I tasted a good white wine, which was well explained and served by Federico, and I welcomed his advice on choosing the appetizer (swordfish ceviche accompanied by freshly baked bread). For my first course, I chose the risotto of the day with parsley oil, mussels, clams, and gochujang. Finally, I had a soft and creamy coffee tiramisu. In short, fresh fish, homemade bread and desserts, and a refined wine selection: I can't recommend it highly enough! Excellent value. I know I now have a new favorite spot during my stays in Pisa.

Scelto da amici, questo piccolo ma graziosissimo ristorantino è stata una grande scoperta in quel di Pisa: servizio cortese, preparato ed amichevole, e cucina di pesce davvero al top, con grande attenzione alla materia prima ed alla preparazione. Prezzo comunque congruo a quanto proposto, chiaramente per il livello alto di cui si parla, ma senza esagerare. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Pour changer un peu des pâtes,pizzas et focaccias à Pise, il y a ce bel endroit. Propositions qui tournent toutes autour du poisson et c'est un régal : délicieux poulpe grillé, fritto misto, risotto du jour et hamburgers originaux. Chouette terrasse à l'arrière et service impeccable et sympathique. Belle carte des vins également. Je recommande ! Et info intéressante : c'est ouvert le dimanche soir 😉
