A good place for a slightly unusual seafood option. I definitely enjoyed my meal. The ceviche appetizer was exceptional and very flavorful. The sandwich was equally good and complete, better than other seafood sandwiches in Pisa. The quality is worth the price, but it feels as if the prices were slightly inflated in anticipation of discounts on The Fork, which are often available. So I recommend booking through the app to get a 5-star experience.

Lovely little place with great service and wonderful fish and seafood menu! We had frito misto, catch of the day (out of this world) and their fish soup which was just divine!!! And don’t miss the Bive me (Drink me) wine that comes from the Lucca region and will make you smile🙂

The big question is where to start! I came with my lady for a pleasant dinner and got a real treat. The spaghetti al ragù di mare left the plate sparkling clean, thanks to the warm house bread. The trio of tartare - especially the prawn tartare - was so good we could have easily enjoyed another kilo and a half. The risotto with raw red prawn and a touch of wasabi was absolutely amazing.
The service was warm and attentive, and the pairing with a bottle of Franciacorta made the evening perfect. Thank you!

Overall, a positive experience, leaving a good impression, but with a few areas for improvement. The welcome was very friendly and attentive: helpful staff, precise menu explanations, and a presentation that conveyed a passion for cooking. The atmosphere is pleasant and well-managed, with an orderly interior and an equally welcoming exterior, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The attention to the quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bites: the appetizers stand out for their flavor, freshness, and variety, with balanced and thoughtful pairings. The fish is treated with respect, and the chef's skill is evident in the precise cooking and aesthetics of the dishes.
Small issues emerged in the execution of some main dishes: the fish stew, though tasty and fragrant, was slightly too "stretched out," losing some of its intensity. The spaghetti with mussel lava, however, while original and conceptually interesting, was penalized by too much gochujang; a spice I know well and which, in this case, dominated the scene excessively. The spiciness overpowered the other aromatic notes, overshadowing—or rather, completely obscuring—the delicate flavor of the mussels and the overall balance of the dish. A real shame, because the base was excellent and just a touch less could have made it perfect. Overall, the place exudes care, enthusiasm, and potential, and is definitely worth a second visit. I'll gladly return to rediscover those authentic flavors, perhaps with a more carefully considered approach in the kitchen: the mark is there, and it shows.

The prices are in line with what's offered.
Recommended for those who don't like fish, as the dishes are truly delicious thanks to the way they're prepared.
I'll definitely be back soon, and I could become a regular monthly customer.

Planning a visit to Pisa to refresh my memory, my son and I had searched for and booked a restaurant specifically "off-the-beaten-path," and Offish really impressed us.
Excellent choice, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and the waitress was kind and friendly. The risotto of the day was delicate and perfectly cooked. My son had the tuna nuggets, which he loved, as was the octopus burger. My fried fish was excellent and not greasy, and to finish, a warm, express chestnut tart with custard was mouth-watering! Fair prices considering the quality.

Fantastic food. I think it might be worth travelling to Pisa just to have a dinner in this restaurant. Also the staff is very friendly and attentive. And the place is very calm and lovely.
