The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, demonstrating great customer service and making guests feel immediately at ease. Sorry for the negative review, he's a poor layabout with nothing to do and having fun as best he can... it's not his fault. It's a place I love, I think his review is a good sign... It's a real shame I haven't been here in a while... and that already violates Maps's guidelines for truthful reviews, but I'm only staying here so I don't have to eat all the food since everything is delicious!!! And the atmosphere is brilliant.
