Excellent experience!
We stayed in this beautiful location and were thrilled with it. The food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and well-balanced flavours. We tried a mixed seafood appetizer, both hot and cold, and then several first courses: the orecchiette with prawns, tomatoes and pistachio (absolutely to try!), the strascinate with meatballs in sauce and the black spaghetti, which remained slightly al dente—as rightly pointed out by the waiter when ordering.
The desserts are also worth it, truly delicious! The value for money is excellent, and the service is fast and formal.

Excellent pizza! I got the capricciosa and swapped ham for stratchiatella. Wow, it was so delicious! 😋 I had no problems swapping an ingredient although my travel partner asked to add artichoke to her caprese and got anchovy instead. They did fix it, though.
I'd definitely go back again. Most of our party finished their whole pizza but I was stuffed after half, so just be aware the portion size is quite generous.

Wow! Is all I could say after we finished our meal here at Officina degli Apuli.
From the starters to the beef and octopus, everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Pair that with the most warm and inviting service by the charming owner and you’ve got yourself the perfect night.
Thank you so much for making us feel welcomed. For places like this one, it’s worth making the journey to Italy.

Di passaggio a Bologna, mi sono fermato in questo ristorante pizzeria che propone una cucina pugliese. Il locale si trova in centro, arredato con elegante sobrietà, i tavoli sono ben distanziati e si respira un'atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. Appena arrivati ci è stata servita una focaccia (ciclista credo) molto buona. Ordinate delle bombette di vitello (una specie di involtini ma più corti e tozzi), ripiene di capocollo e caciocavallo accompagnate da delle verdure saltate. Piatto molto buono, la carne delicata del vitello ben si amalgamava con i sapori più decisi del capocollo e del caciocavallo, il contorno di verdure buono ma un po' scarso in quantità. Personale gentile e prezzi competitivi per un locale nel centro di Bologna.

De zaak is van binnen verassende veel groter dan hij van buiten oogt, met ook nog een flink binnenterras. Ook verrassend om in Noord Italië een restaurant te vinden dat gespecialiseerd is in de Zuiditaliaanse keuken. Bijzondere gerechten van goede kwaliteit, vriendelijke en vlotte bediening.
