We have been there several times and we always leave very satisfied with the first courses such as pasta with ragù and orecchiette with turnip tops and the second courses such as the excellent meatballs with sauce, octopus on broad bean puree and bombette...not to mention the pizza which has a divine dough. The desserts are also very welcome. We always come back really willingly. The staff is always really kind.

Beautiful Sicilian restaurant with pizzeria. Beautiful environment, young and attentive staff...so big to find a place easily but always better to call. Excellent food and beers.

Excellent food at Officine degli Apuli. We tried the paccheri with ragù, various orecchiette, bombette and octopus. All very good, the flavors of Puglia are guaranteed. Recommended. The service needs to be reviewed: the seconds were completely lost and even to order and drink we waited and had to call back several times. But nothing that can't be fixed, nice place!

Returning after 2 years. Spectacular restaurant. Both for the dishes and for the welcoming and professional staff and for the place. In the heart of Bologna, you will be captivated by the atmosphere, forgetting time. True Apulian dishes. Coming from a native of Puglia, I congratulate the manager and the staff. Very careful in detail. If you want, they have pizza with wholemeal or kamut dough. Excellent appetizers. I was with friends from abroad and this time too everyone was enthusiastic. Too bad I can't give 6 stars. I will more than willingly return. I highly recommend!!!!!

Siamo stati con amici in questo locale, mi aspettavo di più specie sui piatti pugliesi Primi piatti nella media ma senza lode…. Secondi non proprio soddisfacenti specialmente le bombette crude all’interno Servizio cordiale!

31/05/2025: I can’t say enough about this restaurant. The food was exceptional, the service was excellent and the atmosphere on the terrace was lively. Our server recommended traditional dishes. We really enjoyed the Burratina cheese with chicory greens, tortelloni with butter and sage and tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce. Also, the sour dough bread was delicious. The staff are polite and also fluent in English.
30/05/2025: Absolutely delicious and affordable food! Veggie options too 10/10
