I have celiac disease and always search for great gluten-free bakeries while traveling. Like many others, I often bake myself because it’s hard to find good options. But here, I couldn’t stop eating! This is by far the best gluten-free pastry I’ve ever had. I couldn’t believe everything—from pizza and panzerotti to croissants and bomboloni—was truly gluten-free. Especially the Panettone Stevo was incredible! We even came back the next day to stock up for our trip. Huge thanks to the chef for taking the time to explain part of the process. A must-visit for anyone gluten-free!

Always the best! Whether it's sweet or savory, there's nothing better in Milan for gluten-free. The taste is truly incredible and the service impeccable: Luca is always very kind and welcoming. Yesterday I ordered a birthday cake and it was a great success — no one believed it was gluten-free!

Very good gluten free food the staff are very kind and very good

Unfortunately, the absolute goodness of the food does not compensate for the rudeness of the staff and the poor care of the environment. Very high prices and constantly increasing. Too bad because in terms of product quality it is certainly the best bakery/pastry shop in Milan. However, in my opinion this does not allow you to be so unkind to even regular customers. An extra smile costs nothing!

3 days in Milan and we had delicious breakfasts all three days, Pancerotti, focaccia, EXCELLENT pastries, top-notch coffee, and unbeatable service!!! Thank you very much 🤗😁

Before and after (within 5 minutes) of my birthday cake! 🎂 I knew I wanted my birthday cake from this bakery because it’s the only place that never makes me sick. I have MCAS, which means a lot of foods can be triggers but not here. Everything I’ve had has been completely safe for me. I stopped by in the morning, saw a crostata in the window, and thought: That’s it! I asked to customise the toppings and remove the blackberries (I’m allergic), and it was no problem at all. The result? A beautiful, delicious cake that even my non-gluten-free, non-dairy-free family loved so much! Even the children!! the five of us all had second helpings! 🥳 Highly recommend this place if, like me, you’re intolerant to a million things but still want to enjoy amazing baked goods.

Great place, always a guarantee for quality and courtesy! Only small suggestion: it would be fantastic if it opened a little earlier in the morning, maybe at 7.30, especially now that it's summer and starting the day with a good coffee here would be the best. I hope it can be considered!

Forno e pasticceria senza glutine dove a mezzogiorno si può fare uno spuntino con alcune proposte di primi e verdure. La qualità è ottima, soprattutto dei dolci, il servizio è quello dei bar per le pause pranzo ma gentile e veloce. Il costo non è economico ma sicuramente vale la pena di fermarsi qui, soprattutto se si hanno problemi di allergie.

Bakery senza glutine fantastica. Ho ordinato una Torta LemonCurd e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. Gusto della crema al limone incredibile, frolla perfetta e meringhe sopra dolci al punto giusto. Ho condiviso la torta con altre persone le quali non credevano fosse senza glutine.
