It's really hard to find fault. The meat is excellent quality, from the tender wagyu tartare to the sliced steak with their mustard, which was a real discovery. I found all the seasonings in the dishes very balanced; the one on the tartare in particular (with wasabi) I thought would be "too much," but instead it turned out perfect. The wait staff was very courteous and friendly, and especially the wine recommendation was spot on. We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes.

A lovely restaurant in the historic center (limited traffic zone), open for years, with an elegant and intimate atmosphere. There is both an outdoor and air-conditioned indoor area. It's a meat-focused restaurant, offering several options, including tartare and fillets, among other things. Their mustard sauce is excellent; it's a must-try. They have an excellent wine selection, and the staff will recommend the best bottle to pair with your chosen dish. The average cost for an appetizer and main course with wine is around €50.

Go to place for meat in Modena, we had the beef tartare which was the best we ever had and the 60 dry aged T-Bone, cooked to perfection - they also give you different sauces which are a nice touch

Good restaurant where you can eat good meat... The "Forca" is special, which we obviously took... basically it's meat cut into slices and skewered in this hook-shaped tool and it has a burning heart to keep the meat warm... underneath they put curry rice where the meat juice drips... It was really very good!!! Great idea...

Locale su 2 livelli dall'arredo minimal e molto curato. Il menu prevede solo carne con ampia scelta di tipologie e di preparazione Ottime le tagliate. Servizio un po' lento Prezzo adeguato

Locale minimal, senza eccessi come spesso puo’ capitare nei locali carnivori. Servizio cortese e veloce. Eccellente giro di crudi, tartare ottima, carpaccio con crema di carbonara molto interessante. Abbiamo ordinato la forca , tipica portata di carne di questo ristorante. Cottura della carne perfetta. Infine bisteccone di selezione spagnola da mettere in mezzo. Tutto molto molto buono

04/05/2025: Cosa dire,...non ci sono parole per esprimere la nostra gioia ed enorme soddisfazione ! ..prenotato da tempo per festeggiare il mio compleanno e quello di mia moglie che per motivi vari non abbiamo potuto festeggiare a tempo e debito; pomeriggio prima della cena tanto desiderata io non mi sento bene, ma per nessun motivo voglio rinunciare alla serata! E bene che ho fatto! Prima sorpresa: ristorante aperto solo per noi.. e questo la dice lunga sul senso dell'ospitalità; Seconda sorpesa: riferendo che non ero in grande forma e scusandomi quindi che non avrei potuto godere fino in fondo delle loro prelibatezze, si fanno in quattro a prepararmi a parte portate adatte alla mia situazione...terza sorpresa: si sono ricordati che al momento della prenotazione avevo parlato di compleanno e ci fanno trovare una torta (la loro inimitabile millefoglie) con una candelina per me e una per mia moglie! quarta sorpresa: hanno aperto una bottiglia di bollicine e hanno brindato con noi! Che dire, dopo una esperienza così in altri locali, per quanto eccellenti, non potrò provare le stesse emozioni, perchè atmosfera, disponibiltà, accoglienza a questi livelli sono un dono ed un'arte. Grazie!
13/04/2025: A place with attention to every detail, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Fixed menu with top marks, each dish is an explosion of flavors and authenticity. A real gem that I absolutely recommend!

30/07/2025: For those interested in quality and a unique selection of cured meats and cheeses, as well as wine, this is the perfect place. The atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly, and you can buy at the counter and then eat inside or outside—all very much appreciated.
16/06/2025: Beautiful place, unique, very well-kept. Exceptional tasting of cheeses and cured meats. Fabulous tortelloni and shin. An infinite cellar, for all palates. Very kind staff and owner. Inconvenient for me but I will definitely return. Well done!
