Despite being a true Modenese, I hadn't tried this renowned restaurant yet. I regret it a little; I wish I had gone sooner!
A welcoming atmosphere, friendly and very professional waiters. Service was prompt and timely.
What can I say about the menu? It's varied and caters to everyone's tastes, even though the meat remains the star of the show.
Excellent quality ingredients are showcased to perfection by the chef.
The accompanying sauces are all absolutely worth trying, but I have to admit the mustard was truly special!
Despite a small mistake on the bill (which was fixed with a smile), I see no reason not to recommend this place to everyone!
The price is absolutely in line with the quality offered!

I've been to this restaurant several times and have always had excellent food. The quality of the meat and the ingredients in general is excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. The interior is elegant, with tables spaced far apart. The restaurant is located in the heart of Modena.

It's really hard to find fault.
The meat is excellent quality, from the tender wagyu tartare to the sliced steak with their mustard, which was a real discovery.
I found all the seasonings in the dishes very balanced; the one on the tartare in particular (with wasabi) I thought would be "too much," but instead it turned out perfect.
The wait staff was very courteous and friendly, and especially the wine recommendation was spot on.
We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes.
