Small delicatessen where you can quickly eat a plate of fresh pasta.
Friendly and quick in service, being a small restaurant you can't stay there for long so turnover is quite quick if it is full.
Average prices of around €8/10, good portions and seasonings dosed just right, I would have liked an extra piece of butter and cheese in my pasta to make it less dry.
The dishes also cooled down in a very short time, on a cold day it is definitely not a warming meal.

Wonderful discovery thanks to reviews on Google. The gentleman at the sale is adorable. We ate very well at a low price and also bought lots of delicious gifts for the family. The olive oil sold is extraordinary. It's definitely worth stopping there.

Pasta fresca nel budello di Aosta.
Da asporto ma anche con qualche posto a sedere.
Pasta veramente buona con ottimi sughi.
È perfetto per un pranzetto veloce.
Noi ci abbiamo mangiato più volte.
Gestori meravigliosi.

A small shop/place in the center of Aosta but with lots and lots of quality and kindness. I ordered a portion of lasagna and polenta concia to take away and I must say that in addition to the excellent quality, the abundance also justifies the price (which in any case is not very high). It's a shame (or maybe not) that there are few places available for lunch on site. I recommend everyone to stop and try their specialties. Compliments.

Passeggiando nel centro storico di Aosta, ci siamo imbattuti in questo piccolo pastificio e siamo rimasti subito incuriositi. Oltre a produrre e vendere pasta fresca, a pranzo la cucinano sul momento, permettendo di gustare un piatto di qualità direttamente sul posto.
La pasta è davvero eccellente, con un sapore e una consistenza che solo un pastificio artigianale può offrire. Abbiamo potuto scegliere tra diversi formati di pasta e condimenti, un’esperienza piacevole che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati.
Il servizio è stato veloce e il personale estremamente gentile, rendendo il tutto ancora più piacevole.
Un luogo perfetto per un pranzo veloce, buono e autentico nel cuore di Aosta. Consigliatissimo!

Walking in the historic center of Aosta, we came across this small pasta factory and were immediately intrigued. In addition to producing and selling fresh pasta, they cook it on the spot for lunch, allowing you to enjoy a quality dish directly on site.
The pasta is truly excellent, with a flavor and texture that only an artisanal pasta factory can offer. We were able to choose between different pasta shapes and toppings, a pleasant experience that made us feel pampered.
The service was fast and the staff extremely kind, making everything even more pleasant.
A perfect place for a quick, good and authentic lunch in the heart of Aosta. Highly recommended!
