Not a great experience, between rude and unprepared service and a brisket that lacked any hint of smoke, the rating is just passing because the grilled steak was quite good. Not to be repeated, but not tragic.

A truly excellent place, a gem for BBQ lovers. You can taste the cooking and the wood-smoked flavor in the meat. You can find Italian favorites like brisket and beef ribs, to name a couple. I tried the beef ribs, and I'm happy I'm learning to cook American BBQ because that's what I'm looking for: meat that heats through (in a good way), flavorful, and you can taste the rendered fat because it's been working its magic. Truly delicious. The pork ribs are good, but they're a waste of money for a place like this where everything else is top-notch. The fries, on the side, were plentiful, I must say. I spoke with Francesca at the cashier, and she was super friendly, and we chatted about BBQ—a really nice moment. I'd go back just for the chat. Be careful with off-menu items, as they might hide some gems, like whole beef ribs, which I wasn't expecting to find and only discovered after talking to Francesca. Maybe next time.

My husband wanted a different kind of party for his 50th birthday: an American-style barbecue party with friends, and they completely fulfilled his wish, setting up an outdoor grill area where two excellent chefs cooked meat on various types of barbecue! Excellent meat, attentive service, and a great deal of availability and attention to everyone's needs! The party was a complete success, and the guests were thrilled! Thanks to Gaia and the entire staff! I highly recommend them for both events and dinner with friends: delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere.
