Good fish restaurant. Very good service, tasty food. I recommend visiting if you have no problem with the bill of ~50 euros per person (excluding alcohol). Advice: take one thing: salad, pasta or a second course and then there will be room for dessert ☺️

There aren't enough words to describe the absolute excellence of L'Officina del Mare! An elegant and cool location—neither hot nor breezy—with the perfect atmosphere for a refined yet welcoming dinner. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted with a genuine smile and a warm welcome: the staff was professional, kind, always attentive, and never intrusive. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with a care that conveys a true passion for hospitality.
The setting is formal yet relaxed, with large, spacious tables, ideal for both an intimate dinner and a special occasion.
But let's get to the heart of this experience: THE FOOD.
Each dish is a symphony of flavors, a perfect combination of seafood tradition and modern innovation. The trio of tacos are breathtaking: raw tuna, raw salmon, and fresh fish, served with avocado cream and teriyaki sauce, encased in a soft, delicate shell that melts in your mouth. A rare freshness and quality beyond all expectations. I'd definitely call them some of the best things I've ever tasted in Naples.
The appetizers are a journey through flavors:
– The Spanish ham is heavenly, accompanied by mozzarella that seems to have come straight from heaven;
– The warm bread with butter and fragrant extra virgin olive oil creates the perfect anticipation for the rest of the dinner;
– And the panko-fried cod? A dream. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, embellished with yellow cherry tomatoes, crispy chili pepper, and smoked provola: an explosion of flavor.
The first courses deserve a standing ovation.
The spaghetti with Mazara del Vallo red shrimp and truffle is a masterpiece: the truffle is present, fragrant but never overpowering, even for those—like me—who aren't particularly fond of it.
The spaghetti with clams is a tribute to the freshness of the sea, with a perfect balance between savory and delicate.
Finally, the SFERA LOBSTER X2 dessert is a mesmerizing visual and taste experience. A truly exquisite dessert, but—if I may make a small suggestion—serving it slightly warmer or with an extra touch of Nutella could make it truly perfect. Even so, the quality is unquestionable: it's a great finale.
In conclusion: L'Officina del Mare is a gem in the heart of Naples, a place where every detail is designed to surprise and pamper the customer. The cuisine is incredibly fresh, elegant, and bold, capable of truly moving the palate.
Highly recommended for those seeking a true gastronomic experience, not just a dinner. We'll definitely be back, even more hungry for wonder!
