Nice place, clean and well furnished. Lots of good quality buffet dishes. Attentive service ready to satisfy every request. Excellent for an informal meal with relatives or friends

One of the best restaurants in Bergamo!! Bergamo doesn't have much to offer in terms of restaurants, as a city it's very sad.. The flavor workshop brings a breath of freshness and QUALITY throughout the Bergamo area!! I recommend it to everyone!!!!!!!

Everything was good from Italian to sushi, from grilled to spaghetti, the swordfish and pineapple with cinnamon were excellent, the bathroom was clean... However overall happy.

22/06/2024: 4 of us went for a quiet dinner and had burgers, pizza and fried dumplings with cured meats. I must say that everything was truly spectacular and very generous (waiting times normal). In addition to food, they also serve as a bar and consequently delicious cocktails with the right doses, a very knowledgeable bartender also on reinterpretations of classic cocktails. Very kind and friendly staff ready to satisfy every possible request, prices within the norm or in any case not higher than other places in the area.
11/04/2024: Beautiful aperitif place and delicious food with attention to every detail!!! To return!!
