As for the beer, nothing to say. I was disappointed by the few dishes offered and also by the fact that some were not prepared properly

Nothing special. Everything was normal although honestly I found the prices a bit medium-high compared to the dishes offered.

In the mountains you have to be simple and sincere, so only one term comes to mind... SIMPLY FANTASTIC!!

Apart from the cleanliness which leaves a lot to be desired...I wanted to eat the potatoes with aioli but I was told that sandwiches and potatoes are only made at the bar. It's a shame that the bar on August 15th was the best it could do it's toast....🥴

Posto super accogliente, arredato con cura e fantasia utilizzando pezzi di recupero. Personale giovane , gentile e simpatico. Cibo molto buono preparato con cura utilizzando prodotti a km 0. Insomma le nostre aspettative non sono state deluse! Complimenti, da tornarvi e da consigliare! Bravi!

Super welcoming place, furnished with care and imagination using recycled pieces. Young, kind and friendly staff. Very good food prepared with care using 0 km products. In short, our expectations were not disappointed! Congratulations, we will return and recommend! Well done!

Sono stato al "Birroschio", bar che si trova nella piazza principale del piccolo comune di Melle in Val Varaita. Oltre alle classiche consumazioni proposte da bar, si può gustare l'ottima birra prodotta da loro, ovvero la birra "Antagonisti". Il luogo è ideale per chi vuole fare una tappa prima di proseguire in valle, o soprattutto per chi vuole rigenerarsi con un aperitivo immerso nel fresco della montagna. L'aperitivo viene servito con un piccolo tagliere, molto apprezzato, consiglierei però di aggiungere un piccolo assaggio del famoso tumin del mel. Ci tornerò!

I only stopped in front of it and didn't use the services but the outside is very original with all those different tables and chairs. I can't judge the service for now.

I am writing this review as a customer and therefore it is absolutely not intended to be a "bad" review but rather it is intended to be advice given with affection! I always come every year in the summer and tonight I had different expectations of being able to taste those excellent burgers that you made and which in my opinion should absolutely be kept on your menu! I don't want to argue about your choice to remove them and offer a slightly different menu with mostly vegetarian dishes but I hope you can consider my advice! For the rest you are good and nice.... So most of the work is done!
