08/10/2025: Plenty of seating in a quiet yet elegant location. The atmosphere is very professional yet intimate. Excellent food, from starters to pizza to main courses, a varied menu with a wide selection of dishes. Excellent service, very quick with orders and clearing the table after each course. Gluten-free and vegan options are also available to please everyone. Overall, I highly recommend!

08/09/2025: A wonderful experience at Ristoro Sardo di Pasquina! Delicious traditional dishes, friendly service, and a simple, welcoming atmosphere. We ate exquisite sautéed mussels, extraordinary turbot with potatoes, and then finished with delicious seadas. An unexpected slice of Sardinia in Rome, where I'll definitely return!
18/07/2025: The appetizer was delicious and the first courses were equally good. The only flaw is that there is no sign outside. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
