The owner knows the care for things and the love for beauty. The historic venue is carefully furnished, in the heart of Parma. Giovanni runs this lovely restaurant serving Lunigiana cuisine, assisted by the precious Sandra and her daughter. We have tried almost everything and our expectations have never been disappointed. The stools with cod fritters will give you the dimension of quality. The chickpea farinata, the Storo polenta croutons with creamed cod, delicious! Testaroli (oil and pecorino - pesto - walnut cream) or rabbit as in the texts! Ligurian cod (potatoes and Taggiasca olives).
Cod Livornese style (tomato and Taggiasca olives), for those like me who love cod. Everything is prepared with care, the dishes arrive nice and hot and the portions are generous. The choice of wines, including organic ones, is vast and important, but don't underestimate the house wine, an excellent Vermentino served fresh. The oil is very good!!
A marvel of a restaurant, with a very high level choice of raw materials. A cuisine different from the usual parmigiana.

Terrible pasta et lasagne maison. Nous avons pris les tortelini excellents. Patron très agréable avec les enfants. Coup de coeur pour la lasagne.

Non puoi uscire da questo ristorante con lo stomaco affamato, dall’ottima scelta dei piatti che abbraccia molti se non tutti i palati, dall’abbondanza degli stessi e dalla bontà.
Il personale premuroso e professionale, il locale incastonato nelle vie storiche danno un tocco in più.
Consiglio ad occhi chiusi!

A nice surprise. Having not booked anywhere I was very satisfied. I would happily go back. A negative note is the cost of cover charge (€3) and water (€3).

I was here for dinner, the food and the products used to prepare it are a delight. You can't cook more Italian than here. It would be a shame to lose him.

Rushed service and testing them dry, cold and poorly seasoned.
