The savory macaron is spectacular, a real taste experience. Finding a flaw in these dishes means not satisfying the palate and not understanding what it means to combine modernity and experience with tradition and typical dishes. It is truly an oasis of traditional flavours! Excellent raw materials, dishes with a delicate and refined flavour, I really appreciated the attention and research into local products from the extra virgin olive oil (produced directly by them) to the wines and cheeses, all strictly Made in Irpinia. You feel welcomed and have an atmosphere of home. Really compliments. We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo scelto il menù “All’antica” ed abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare una carrellata dei buonissimi piatti proposti nel menù alla carta. Una particolare menzione alla delicatezza delle zuppe e alla qualità della materia prima e alla cura nella preparazione del secondo di carne. Complimenti alla Famiglia Fischetti per la cura che mette nella gestione di questa raffinata location.
