We went to this wonderful starred restaurant, what can I say simply wonderful. We tried the tasting menu which was a real journey that made us discover truly unique and delicious dishes as well as beautiful to look at. Applause to all the staff who made us feel as if we were at home.

Sabato 23 novembre 2024 a pranzo, siamo in 6, ci sistemano in una saletta riservata. Faccio la recensione a distanza di qualche giorno per ponderare bene il giudizio finale. Ci sono pro e contro sulla decisione di attribuire il punteggio massimo a questo locale che conserva la stella Michelin da anni: un valido motivo ci sarà. Ripenso ai vari piatti, alle piccole attenzioni, alla cura, al gusto, al mistero di come sia possibile che in un minuscolo lembo di terra irpina di confine, lontano da flussi significativi di passaggio, possa celarsi un locale del genere. Onore alla famiglia Fischietti che fa dell’amore per la tavola, per l’ospite e per la terra d’origine, una testimonianza solida ed affidabile. Piccola sbavatura sul tovagliato che ci farebbe piacere ritrovare e su alcune rigidità. In sostanza ci sarebbe bisogno di maggiore empatia e voglia di intrattenere gli ospiti spiegando bene i piatti, ma parliamo di dettagli. Spendiamo 770,00 €.

We spent a wonderful Sunday day with our family to celebrate an anniversary. The location is really warm and welcoming, with the Christmas decorations it feels like being at home! A wonderful welcome from the staff with courteous and attentive service! Traditional cuisine with well-executed and balanced dishes, in my opinion I would dare something more. Fairly deep wine list with fair mark-ups. The cake I requested for the event was exceptional.

Review: 1 star Having lunch at the Oasis Ristorante was a disappointing experience in many respects. The restaurant is located in a small town, along a road without parking, and the external structure is anonymous, devoid of any charm that justifies the idea of ​​a luxury experience. The portions were extremely small, unsuitable even for a light lunch. The service was equally unsatisfactory: the explanation of the dishes was hasty and unclear, as if we wanted to rush to the next course. The situation worsened with the intervention of the sommelier, who is also the owner: upon our choice of wine, he complained that it was "too structured" compared to the menu, with an attitude that we found pedantic and disrespectful. The biggest disappointment came when it came to the bill: 120-130 euros per person is a disproportionate amount for what is offered. Environment, service and cuisine are not in the slightest in line with prices of this level. Unless they drastically lower the prices, we see no reason to recommend this restaurant or to return.

Absolutely positive experience: quick and impeccable and at the same time 'familiar' service; dishes that recall tradition, but revisited and very tasty. We will definitely be back!

Perfect balance. Elegant yet comfortable. Classy but unpretentious. Attentive yet not intrusive service. Well thought out dishes with attention to local, quality ingredients . Nicely decorated dining area with a festive outdoor space for taking a break between courses. Small touches that set apart the experience.
