I went to this restaurant for the first time with friends. I must say it was a pleasant surprise. Good wine. Fresh, well-cooked fish. Average prices. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast staff. Recommended.

Oasi Rosa is such a lovely spot. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and they welcomed us with fresh bread straight out of the oven — honestly one of the highlights already. I started with the fried mushrooms, which were actually great: juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. I just wish they had a bit more flavour, as they came with no salt at all. But everything after that was outstanding. My pasta with red gamberetti was full of flavour, and the meat dish was cooked perfectly — truly the star of the meal. And to finish, the cheesecake tasted like heaven. Overall, definitely a 5-star experience. Great food, great service, and a place I’d happily come back to.

Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare le nostre nozze d'argento presso questo ristorante gestito dal gentilissimo Omar e della sua famiglia, sicuri della scelta effettuata, considerate le precedenti esperienze. Consigliati dal sempre attento e cordiale Tonino abbiamo gustato un ottimo crudo di mare(ostriche, scampi, gambero rosso e tartara di salmone), un delizioso pacchero allo scorfano, un delicatissimo tentacolo di polpo alla brace con crema di patate per poi chiudere con un gustosissimo fritto misto. Tutto di alto livello. E se ve lo dicono due baresi dovete crederci!!!! E' consigliata la prenotazione. Torneremo in settimana per gustare l' ottima carne alla griglia proposta.
