Oasi Café In Cagliari

We came across this restaurant/bar/establishment on a Tuesday in late April. It is useless to underline how the Poetto setting is fantastic. The place is very simple, thanks also to the very quiet period, we ate bruschetta and a platter of cold cuts/cheeses. Everything extremely good, wonderful atmosphere, nice staff. The bill is obviously a little above average but I would say that, given the location, it's worth it. Highly recommended.

Perhaps the best restaurant in Poetto with the best value for money. The sea bream in salt is strongly recommended.

Good music and nice view. At some point the service unfortunately forced us to pay even though we wanted to stay and continue consuming - very strange. Unfortunately, following a description, I received the wrong coffee specialty. Otherwise it was good, the tiramisu was very tasty.

I ended up here by chance and I must say I had a delicious lunch! I was recommended the pasta with red prawn and it was truly exceptional! Generous portions for a fair price! All topped off with a priceless sea view!

Unclear prices, an unexpected surcharge and an unpleasant episode at the checkout Visiting this place was a two-faced experience, unfortunately with a shadow that overshadowed the good will of the dining room staff. On the one hand, the waiters were extremely kind and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Nothing to complain about their professionalism. On the other hand, I found a notable discrepancy between the experience offered and the final bill. The prices seemed disproportionate to what I received, especially considering the absence of a tablecloth or place setting that justified these figures. The most unpleasant surprise was the addition of an additional 15% for the service, a practice that was not clearly indicated and which made the final cost decidedly excessive. A simple spritz paid €7.50, to which is added a 15% for the service, I find frankly excessive and out of market. To make the experience even worse, I witnessed a totally inappropriate incident at the checkout. The person in charge addressed in a decidedly rude and condescending way a young waitress who, understandably, had shown uncertainty about my table number. Such an attitude towards a member of staff is unacceptable and denotes a lack of professionalism on the part of those who should best represent the venue. It is a real shame that the Municipality does not seem to monitor more carefully the application of prices that appear to be less than transparent. I hope this review can be constructive and lead to greater clarity on the prices charged and an improvement in the working climate, for the benefit of future customers and staff.
