This Scarpariello is incredible: the dough is incredibly light, and the buffalo mozzarella is incredibly fresh and flavorful. The contrast between the tomato and grated cheese is perfect, just as it should be. A surefire hit for those seeking true quality every time they return.

Let's talk about a type of pizza I particularly like.
The dough is lightly salted, but that's certainly intentional, as the (excellent) ingredients balance it all out.
It's also thin, with a low crust, not a tube-shaped crust like the Neapolitan version.
The ingredients are top-quality, like the yellow datterino tomatoes, which, even though they're not in season, I find truly superior.
In fact, the pizza I always choose is the Velia.
But the Ciociara, with its onions, is also extraordinarily delicate.
The service is excellent.
The bathrooms are very clean.
The manager is a smart, courteous, and approachable person, as are all the employees.
They know how to work.
