It's also thin, with a low crust, not a tube-shaped crust like the Neapolitan version. The ingredients are top-quality, like the yellow datterino tomatoes, which, even though they're not in season, I find truly superior. In fact, the pizza I always choose is the Velia. But the Ciociara, with its onions, is also extraordinarily delicate. The service is excellent. The bathrooms are very clean. The manager is a smart, courteous, and approachable person, as are all the employees. They know how to work.
