My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria O'Scinà, located in a charming alleyway in the beautiful Ortigia. The excellent food and the professionalism of the staff made for a truly unique experience. We plan to return, because restaurants like this don't make them anymore these days!!! Highly recommended!!!

A memorable culinary experience in Ortigia! On the recommendation of a Sicilian friend, we had lunch in Ortigia, and he was right on target! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the dessert. The dishes were authentic and local: delicious pasta, fresh seafood, exquisite fish, and an absolutely incredible sparkling red wine. Every bite was a true taste experience. And what about dessert? The Sicilian cannolo with ricotta and pistachio was simply to die for, worthy of the best restaurants on the island. But what really made our experience exceptional was Gaia, the adorable young waitress. She spoke perfect English, was attentive, and made our family lunch even more enjoyable and welcoming. A restaurant not to be missed if you are in Ortigia: friendly atmosphere, authentic dishes, impeccable service. An experience we will not forget and one we recommend without hesitation!

Feel right at home! The restaurant is located in a small alley in the heart of Ortigia. Mrs. Letizia, the owner, is always kind and attentive to the needs of each guest. Excellent Sicilian cuisine. I give both the food and the hospitality a perfect 10!

Our group of 4 had dinner at this beautiful restaurant on Monday, 9/22/25. The food, service and atmosphere was just perfect. The owner was a lovely woman that made our table feel special throughout the meal. Her son was our server and was also delightful to us all. If in Siracusa, Sicily, have dinner at this restaurant and you will love it! We happened to pass by the restaurant the next evening and the owner quickly recognized us and gave us a wonderful smile. If I could give 10 stars I would!
