o Fugassà In Recco

On the recommendation of some Recco residents, we went to this focacceria to try the authentic Fugassa di Recco. It was very good, and I could tell it was different from the cheese focaccia you find at any other bakery. Unfortunately, the others, one with onion and one plain, weren't that great. The service was a shame; there was only one woman at the counter serving a long line of people. Perhaps because of confusion, perhaps because she was tired, she couldn't understand what I was asking, even though they were simple requests (e.g., "Give me the piece of focaccia with onion," and she cut it in half to give me just one slice). The prices were also a bit high, but that's to be expected. The ambiance, on the other hand, isn't bad, very rustic, with antiques from the last century.

Delicious focaccia. The wait on this day is incredibly long. An hour and a half. What a shame.

Excellent cheese focaccia. The quality/price ratio is equally satisfactory. We often dine there when we return from the countryside. The atmosphere is clean and unpretentious. You order and then they call you.

The food is delicious! It's not a pizzeria, but a self-service restaurant. You order and then sit in the designated seats. All disposable tableware is recyclable. You must leave it tidy!

The focaccia is truly fantastic, so crispy and thin it almost looks like puff pastry. Unfortunately, its popularity is such that on Saturdays it's so crowded; it took us over an hour to eat at lunch.
