Yesterday I went out to eat alone on my business trip and was really happy with my decision. The pizza was very good, the beer was excellent and on top of that I was looked after by a young lady who was not only very professional, but also entertained the whole restaurant excellently with her positive and funny manner! Complement. Your colleagues who took over your shift later were also very courteous and friendly. I really enjoyed the evening! Highly recommended!!!

A great place to eat real Italian food. We ordered and didn't even have to wait because the food arrived in less than 5 minutes. I can especially recommend Tiramisu for dessert because it was delicious. I recommend this place to families. 🔥

Even though it was a Friday, we managed to get a table for 4 people at short notice in this very busy and extremely pretty restaurant. The service was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. The ambience was modern but cozy with a warm touch (table tops). About the most important thing - the food: The focaccia chosen as a starter proved to be the first highlight of the day - baked crispy, topped with the right amount of thyme, it could only be perked up by the addition of the excellent olive oil (and perhaps a pinch of salt). The following pasta dishes, such as tagliatelle with cinghale - ragu (wild boar) and the ravioli stuffed with kale, were just as delicious and tasty as the pizza with burrata and pickled tomatoes. But the real highlight turned out to be the queen of all pizzas: the Pizza Margherita Napoli! If the dough and the cheese were already an enlightenment, this was especially true of the fruity, intense tomato sauce - an absolute recommendation! A must! Conclusion: a visit to this restaurant is actually a must when staying in Bolzano. The prices were more than reasonable for the quality offered. It is also recommended to take a look at the wine list with the open wines. Both the Pinot Noir (despite the confusing name, this is a red wine) and the Pinot Blanc, both from the region, should definitely be tried by wine lovers.

Food was great. Mega ambience. Second course only came after everyone else had finished their food. Still highly recommended.

You can also spontaneously get a seat at this large restaurant, which is very popular with locals. Very nice different guest rooms. Fast, courteous and competent service. The pizza is an absolute must: ingredients, quality, preparation, taste, size, etc. are in a class of their own. But the other dishes outside of pizza are also perfect. The wine selection, including the open ones, is outstanding. Price/performance for what you get is more than fair. A recommendation!

Waren auf Empfehlung zweier Einheimischer dort essen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Gastraum sah schön aus, es wurde aber schnell warm. Unsere Pizzen waren durchweg lecker, auch das Chiliöl oder der Zitronensaft waren lecker zum gereichten Brot. Sehr zu empfehlen.
