We were pleasantly surprised given the view from the street. One of the very best meals we had in 5 days in Rome.

...when, in a perfect mix, you choose from simple dishes like seafood salad and baked turbot with potatoes, to an exceptional sea bass carpaccio with truffle, calamari with artichokes, and tagliolini with king trumpet mushrooms and shrimp... I try a ravioli stuffed with amberjack and creamed with shrimp, calamari, lime, and a drizzle of bottarga... and to finish, a lemon and berry sorbet. I imagine I made someone's mouths water... In this place, even the seemingly simplest dish is never banal. It's not the first time I've eaten alone, with family, and with friends, and Crescienzio and his staff have always left me satisfied. I highly recommend it; Nuraghe Sardo is the restaurant for every occasion. Rating 10+

Nice restaurant. Excellent food and very good service. We enjoyed our dinner and the experience of Italian cuisine from the starters and main course to dessert. Very reasonable prices.

We enjoyed a few days in Rome with our family and went without visiting the restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised. The menu focuses on seafood dishes, so if you're looking for something else, this wouldn't be the place for you. The lobster pasta was impressive, and the service and attention were unbeatable. Many thanks to the Nueaghe Sardo team for making this an enjoyable experience, one we'll definitely try to repeat.

This small and well-known restaurant prepares fish dishes and is frequented by high-class customers. I went for dinner after a hard day, so I just needed to put something under my teeth and go to bed. So I took, from the page dedicated to non-fish products, the mixed cutting board of cold cuts and cheeses, a side dish of mixed seasonal vegetables (I only got one B vegetable of sautéed herbs) and a 66 Ichnusa beer (good but the one I buy at the supermarket in Padua). The cutting board was poor in quantity and decent in quality, the vegetables were hard and the homemade bread had a burnt crust. I waited a long time but they apologized. People were having lunch with pleasure and also seemed to be having fun. I won't go back.

Last night, an oyster, sea bass carpaccio with truffle and lobster linguine... everything perfect, the great Crescenzio is always a guarantee 🤗

This is the second time I have dined at this restaurant. Welcoming staff, delicious food, prepared in an excellent way. Compliments to the chef, but also to the very kind and attentive staff. The only sore point, for me, is that from the outside tables came the smell of cigarette smoke from some rude person, who lit up a cigarette while dining. The dinner would have been perfect, without the drug addict on duty I recommend it.

Sapevamo che questo ristorante ha di recente cambiato gestione e, trovandoci a Roma per il fine settimana, è stata l'occasione per andarci a pranzo. Il locale si presenta bene ed è veramente carino, con i tavoli alla giusta distanza. Abbiamo preso il mix di antipasti di pesce, nulla da dire, veramente buoni per qualità e quantità. Per i primi la scelta abbiamo preso paccheri allo scorfano e tagliolini spigola e bottarga, qui lo chef si è superato, semplicemente ottimi; mentre mio figlio ha optato per il risotto alla crema i scampi, che ha ampiamente soddisfatto il suo palato. Il tutto innaffiato da un ottimo vermentino di Sardegna, per finire con i dolci. Servizio eccellente, tempi d'attesa nella norma, personale molto professionale, sempre attento e mai invadente. Prezzo corretto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Non è il solito ristorante "Acchiappa turisti" (chiassosi) di Roma. Lo consiglio a chi vuole mangiare ottimi piatti a base di pesce (e non solo) fresco, al prezzo giusto.

08/09/2025: It's been a destination for business lunches and dinners for the past 5 or 6 years, whether for pleasure or simply because people don't feel like cooking and order in. A seafood restaurant with themed evenings, including meat and specialty recipes. I seriously believe it's one of the best restaurants in Rome. A wine list that rivals many restaurants and wine bars. Prices are definitely in line with what's on offer. Best regards, Gianni

22/08/2025: Excellent: nice atmosphere, friendly staff, fregola, spaghetti with clams and bottarga, and porcellino all very good.
09/08/2025: We visited this place for the first time, recommended by a friend. We received a warm welcome from the qualified staff, and we were very satisfied. The owner, Nicola, made us feel at home, and he's a great chef. Everything was perfect, and the food was truly excellent. Nothing negative. We'll be back soon. Thanks, Nicola.
