Excellent, tasty, and well-executed dishes.
Attention was also paid to the plating.
This isn't your typical trattoria food, just thrown on a plate.
The ingredients (excellent and certainly not chosen at random) are cooked with care and passion, from the meat to the accompanying side dishes.
The place is rustic and welcoming.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional.
Limited selection of wines and beers, but then again, it's not a restaurant, but the products are still of good quality.
Reasonable prices.
In short... it's impossible NOT to WANT TO RETURN.

I ate at the trattoria, and we loved it, and I must say the name perfectly reflects the experience!
A historic restaurant in Gussago, now under new, young and enthusiastic management. The tradition still exudes, but with a touch of freshness that makes everything even more enjoyable.
The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared; you can taste the quality and passion in the kitchen. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, where you immediately feel at home.
I congratulate the new manager on the work he's doing: you can see his commitment and desire to grow this historic place.
I'll definitely be back!

I went to this restaurant for lunch a few weeks ago and it was a great discovery! The Brescian skewer was really good, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience here at Rustichello, from the welcome to the service, excellent value for money, the waiter was extremely knowledgeable, and the owner was kind and friendly. We had dinner on Sunday, the atmosphere was very intimate and welcoming. The food was well-balanced, and everything was explained in detail. I recommend trying the house risotto, which is truly delicious, but that's not all. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

We ate at this historic restaurant in Gussago.
Excellent service with an excellent wine cellar.
The dishes are exquisite... the pumpkin risotto with sausage was top-notch.
The beef in olive oil was incredibly tender.
Excellent value for money.
Highly recommended restaurant.

I went to Rustichello with 10 other people. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the traditional cuisine was truly delicious and flavorful. The owners were very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a try!
