Recently came home from Rome after celebrating my 50th We found this restaurant by asking a member of staff at our hotel The waiters and waitresses were excellent And the food was delicious , great menu and not very expensive We like to thank all the staff for a wonderful relaxing couple of evenings and for looking after us so well We Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone Once you’ve been once you’ll go back a second time

This is my fourth time in Rome and my third time at this restaurant. Good food, good service if you're near the Spanish Steps. The price is normal for the area.

We stopped for dinner; the aperitif was superb, and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and eager to accommodate guests' requests. I highly recommend it.

A nice but not too special bistro, with good but not cheap food. The terrace is pretty, but cars pass by constantly. They speak more English than Italian. A mixed experience.

The pasta was incredibly delicious, however the service was very bad since we ordered an appetizer and the main course took more than half an hour, the funny thing is that it was a fetucchini Bolognese pasta and penne arraviata which is less than 10 minutes long. In short, a beautiful place, delicious food but the waiter's service was very slow, only the captain was very kind and attentive. It is recommended to eat with time and they charge you a 15% tip for the bad service.

I loved the restaurant. We had Forchies pizza + Margherita, and mushroom pasta. They were delicious. But the chicken fillet was average.

It was our first time, but we immediately felt welcomed and at home. 31/07/2025: I just had the opportunity to dine at the "Il Vecchio Borgo" pizzeria and I must honestly say it was a very welcoming place, with super friendly, professional, and attentive staff. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The meat dishes were also delicious, not to mention the desserts! It's the perfect place for a dinner with friends or family. I'd like to compliment the owner and all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, I'll definitely be back!!! 5/5 stars.
