07/07/2026: Very rustic, beautiful, and folksy atmosphere. I don't know if they've changed management, but the quality of the food has dropped dramatically year after year. This is already the third time I've tried to give it a second chance, but it always feels worse. The cooking technique is very high, the chefs are very good. The appetizers, first courses, and pizzas are all well-cooked. The problem is the ingredients; not a single one is worth it. Paying €15 for a plate of amatriciana like that is truly a disgrace, not because of the money itself—if it were that good, I'd leave it all behind—but because it's not even worth a third of it. The service is good, except for the very long wait between meals and the constant nagging by the waiters to order more, including other dishes and drinks. At least for the locals who have been coming back for years, a little empathy. I hope to see you next time.
