Breathtaking views, very friendly staff and excellent food. My husband and I have been visiting Castiglioncello for many years and frequented many of the areas top rated restaurants. Novelli has become our absolute favorite. Best cacciucco in Livorno, excellent spaghetti con vongole with bottarga - lovely frittura, crudo and solid wine list. The views are stunning any time of day, but particularly at sunset. Very kind staff. 10/10

We went yesterday I would say not as I expected The first 2 fish dishes were not bad but not excellent either Too spicy to not have been reported on the menu and as you know, covering The second course is average Good dessert Good wine list As for the environment, a little too dark for my tastes And then too many signs hanging around...not this....this yes, this cannot be done....etc

Very nice marine-themed restaurant, welcoming and kind managers. We spent a pleasant evening, enjoying good fish and good wine! The freshness of the products is indisputable and needs no explanation...unfortunately the final bill was higher than what we expected compared to what we ate, in terms of quantity...we were hoping for something less...but overall a good restaurant!

Ristorante con vista mare, con piatti di pesce pescato fresco. Da provare fritto misto di pesce e scampi e gamberi crudi. Gentilezza del personale. Molto consigliato!

Pranzo di Natale con i colleghi. Location Top e bel ristorante. Antipasti di quantità scarsa. Bene i primi e la frittura. Un collega ha preso la grigliata di pesce e si è ritrovato un pesce intero aperto uno scampo e un gambero....diciamo un po' atipica come grigliata. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media.

01/06/2025: We ate here twice during our 7 night stay in Pozzallo, and also picked up pizza to take away twice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in making food recommendations and the food was very tasty and freshly cooked. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we soon felt comfortable. The pizzas were large and such good value too, a four cheese pizza was only €9 euros and tuna €8 euros! They have daily specials, depending on what seafood has been caught. We had lobster on our first visit and Sicilian tuna the second time, both were delicious, thank you!
25/05/2025: Good experience in this restaurant in Pozzallo. Good service as well as the first course with tuna and cherry tomatoes and the second course of tuna cooked with cherry tomatoes, onion and capers. Nice room. As often happens lately I strongly advise the managers to keep some non-alcoholic beers that would allow those who have to drive after dinner to drink something other than water. The final bill was a bit high
